Nowfood glycine powder from Amazon seller was herbspro
Respected sir my name is kirtida parekh from Gujarat I had ordered from Amazon 2 quantity of glycine bottle from brand nowfood.but I was given only one quantity I had prepaid amount through UPI rs 6400 appropriately.i had complaint in Amazon and also to seller in Amazon but I was given reply that they would look into matter and will inform me and deliver missing bottle but so far nothing is done about 1and1/2 months passed since I received my first bottle on 5th september.so please forward my complaint to them and put pressure so they stop cheating people

I have ordered products -Supplements – Order HP340007 since March 2023. This is now June 2023. The products have not been delivered.
I have done follow ups through several emails not less than 3 emails, but their support team has never responded. I tried to send a message to their Facebook but no one is helping me.
Please help me so that they refund my money.

Hello, My order 240681 has bene reported as arrived at destination buy I Ve not received anything. Main issue Is the lack of communication by the vendor. The customers must be kept updated during the full shipping.
I m expecting to receive the package by the end of next week. I Hope that it Will happen. At the end my evaluation Is not positive. The Need to improve the customer relationship.

No Product
Ordered some tea I like 10/6. It is now 10/21, and despite their claims the items would be shipped on 3 different days, The tracking number from Fedex indicates it has not yet shipped. The customer service people lie, when you can get them on the phone, and the number of complaints about them and their alleged business is probably longer than their actual shipped orders. I only wanted 4 boxes of tea, and I don't understand why these people are so useless. Perhaps the company is a front for drug-running or slave-trading. Because they don't ship what they sell.
Recent order
I ordered over $100 of goods in November, and am supposed to have it on 12-21-15. I am sorry to say that the shipping is awful! If you want to pay less, you will have to wait a long time to receive the product and they give you the run around. You try to check the tracking and it says invalid. Buyer beware!
Order was placed for Full Spectrum Curcumin 90 Softgels By Solgar × 2 on April 20, 2023. Shipping cost of USD39.53 was paid for faster delivery. Order not received within 10 days as committed. Not getting any response on shipping status.
