Today, I received a Stattrak Butterfly Factory New Urban Masked from a drop, which was an exciting find. However, upon checking the system, I noticed it was priced at $418, which is significantly lower than its true value.
On their website, a Factory New item is listed for $1582, and Factory New + Stattrak is 418$. Unfortunately, I can't transfer it on Steam since the item is currently out of stock.
When I contacted customer support, they informed me that they are unable to adjust the price and suggested exchanging it at the $418 value.
Given my extensive history with Hellcase, where I've spent over $15,000 and faced substantial losses, this situation is particularly frustrating. Finally obtaining a valuable drop only to find it drastically undervalued adds to the disappointment. Please check the photo attached.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive the item or another Factory New ST Butterfly Knife or I want it to be revised to the actual price.
