Bad customer service
They don’t get back to you after you pay for shipping that’s a 3-5 day shipping. The contact information is a joke and they never email you back. The whole website is a scam and there’s literally no information or way to contact your order and the status of your information only by email which they never get back to you no matter how much emails you send them
Recommendation: Be aware of this business. Pay with credit card in case you have to make a charge back
Avoid this website no matter how beautiful the dresses look

Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with Heiress Beverly Hills
As a human being who has experienced the frustrating and disappointing service of Heiress Beverly Hills, I feel compelled to share my experience in detail. I was looking forward to my birthday celebrations in June 2021 and wanted to treat myself to a new dress for the occasion. After browsing through different online stores, I stumbled upon Heiress Beverly Hills and decided to give them a try. Much to my dismay, it has been several months since my order was placed, and I have yet to receive anything!
At this point, I feel quite frustrated and angry, and upon reading other reviews online, I realize that my situation is not unique. Many other customers have experienced similar delays and issues with Heiress Beverly Hills. Despite reaching out to them and expressing my dissatisfaction, they only offered me store credit, which is frankly ridiculous. It is not fair to take my hard-earned money and not provide the service promised, and then refuse to return my money when I ask for it back because of their failure to deliver.
What's worse is that I cannot even be certain that they will or can provide the service in the future. This experience has left me feeling cheated, disappointed, and angry, and I would advise others to be cautious of Heiress Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, my birthday wish was not granted, and I'm left empty-handed and out of money.
Heiress Beverly Hills Review: Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Terrible Return Policy
Hey there, just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent experience with Heiress Beverly Hills. Let me start off by saying that I was extremely disappointed with their claim of providing "luxury" and "quality". To be honest, my dress was quite lackluster. It arrived late and the packaging was subpar, which is definitely not what you would expect from a company that claims to provide top-notch service. Additionally, the craftsmanship of the dress was not up to par, which left me feeling a bit let down.
To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong size, which was frustrating to say the least. But what really irked me was their policy on returns. They don't accept them, and if you want to exchange or get store credit, they charge a $25 restocking fee. Talk about a total JOKE of a policy!
Honestly, I would highly advise against ordering from them. Instead, go to a trusted site like Revolve that provides exceptional service and a great selection of clothes. It's just not worth the risk with Heiress Beverly Hills.
Heiress Beverly Hills: Poorly Made Dress and Disappointing Customer Service
As an excited bride-to-be, I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my dress from Heiress Beverly Hills for my bachelorette party. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. Upon trying on the dress, I quickly realized that the fit was just awful. The corset top was loose and ill-fitting, while the skirt section was incredibly tight, almost as if it had been stitched incorrectly. Despite having carefully followed the size chart provided, it was clear that this dress was simply poorly made.
And to add insult to injury, the item took over a month to arrive, leaving me in a panic as my event was swiftly approaching. But things got even worse once I reached out to customer service for help. I was informed that returns were not accepted and that I could only receive store credit. Giving them another chance to do better with my hard-earned money did not seem like the best idea, so I guess I'll just have to accept that I've lost out on $100.
Overall, my experience with Heiress Beverly Hills was a major disappointment. Not only did the dress fail to meet my expectations in terms of quality, but the lack of customer service and the inability to return the unsatisfactory item really sealed the deal for me. As a shopper, I want to feel confident that my purchases will be worthwhile, unfortunately, this was not the case with this particular brand.

Disappointed with Heiress Beverly Hills: Late delivery, poor sizing, and no refunds offered. Do not recommend
I recently had a negative experience with Heiress Beverly Hills, and I feel it necessary to express my discontent with their service. I regret to say that I wish I could give them a rating of 0 stars.
My order was for a dress to wear to an important event, and I was assured it would be shipped out in November. However, it was not until halfway through December that it finally arrived. This delay was incredibly frustrating and disappointing since I had already planned my outfit for the event and had to find a last-minute substitute.
To make matters worse, the dress did not fit me at all. I had ordered an extra small, and yet the product I received was extremely large and clearly not suitable for my body size. Moreover, the material used was of sub-par quality, making the dress uncomfortable and unflattering on me.
When I approached the company to seek a refund, they informed me that they do not offer refunds but only store credit. This was particularly frustrating as I had lost faith in their sizing accuracy and no longer wanted to waste my money on a product that I deemed to be of terrible quality and unprofessionalism.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Heiress Beverly Hills to think twice. Given my negative experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Heiress Beverly Hills: Overpriced and Underwhelming with Red Flags in Customer Treatment
Honestly, the Heiress Beverly Hills website (heiressbeverlyhills.com) strikes me as a poorly run fashion start-up that has yet to fully find its footing in the industry. While they market themselves as a luxury brand, the style and quality of their clothing are reminiscent of something you might find at a generic department store or prom shop. To be frank, the cuts of the clothing can be quite weird - not the most flattering or well-tailored.
Another issue I noticed was the pricing: Heiress Beverly Hills charges quite a bit for what is essentially basic, boring, and poorly made clothing. It's almost as if they have an inflated sense of self-importance, thinking that their brand and designs are worth more than they actually are. It's disappointing to see this lack of appreciation for their customers' hard-earned dollars.
However, one of the most concerning aspects of Heiress Beverly Hills is the reported behavior of the owner. I've heard rumors of harassment directed towards customers and other individuals, which is beyond unacceptable. It's difficult to trust a brand that condones such behavior, no matter how appealing their products may seem.
That being said, I will give credit where credit is due. If you're looking for a specific "costume" item that you know you won't wear anywhere else, Heiress Beverly Hills may have some options for you. Their use of mesh in certain pieces can be interesting, and if you're into early 2000s styles like low riders and corsets, you may find something you like. However, even in those cases, be aware that the overall quality of the item may disappoint you.
Overall, I can't recommend Heiress Beverly Hills as a reliable or worthwhile fashion brand. There are far too many red flags that make it clear that they are not worth your time or money. Hopefully, they will take customer feedback to heart and improve their brand in the future.
Heiress Beverly Hills Review: Poor Customer Service & Wasted Money
As a person who values their hard-earned money, I was extremely disappointed in the experience I had with heiressbeverlyhills.com. After waiting for three long months to receive my order, I was met with absolute silence and no response from the company at all. It is beyond ridiculous to wait that long for an item, only to receive nothing in the end.
Unfortunately, my situation got even worse when I decided to opt for a store credit and was promised one, but it never arrived. When I contacted the company regarding the store credit, they initially claimed that they had already issued it. After following up again, they stated that they had indeed given me the store credit, but I had no idea where it had gone since it wasn't in my email.
Hoping for a resolution, I attempted to reach out to the company again, but sadly, they continued to ignore me. Even after waiting for five months since the order was placed, I still have not received any response from them. This entire experience felt like throwing my money down the drain, and I'm left feeling incredibly frustrated and disheartened.
However, I did not give up on finding a solution and ultimately decided to file a complaint through PayPal. To my relief, they refunded me, and I was finally able to get my money back. While I'm glad that I eventually received a resolution, it's a shame that I had to go through such a stressful, frustrating ordeal to get there.
In short, I would not recommend purchasing anything from heiressbeverlyhills.com due to their poor customer service and lack of willingness to address customer concerns. It's a complete waste of time and money.
Beware of Heiress Beverly Hills: Frustrating Experience with Lack of Communication and Disappointing Product
As a person who likes to shop online, reading reviews has always been an essential part of the process for me. And I must admit, I regret not reading the reviews before ordering from Heiress Beverly Hills. Like many others, I also had a disappointing experience. I ordered the diamante dress for my upcoming birthday, but instead received a pair of pants that didn't even remotely satisfy my fashion sense. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed.
To make matters worse, I found it challenging to contact the Heiress Beverly Hills customer service team. I scoured the website for a phone number only to find that there was none. This left me with no choice but to send an email and wait. However, weeks passed, and I received no response, which only added to my frustration.
That being said, I decided to take matters into my own hands and reach out via Instagram. I sent messages to both the owner and the company's official account, but I never received any response from either side. It was a frustrating experience, one that ultimately left me feeling helpless.
Fortunately, I had paid via PayPal, and I'm now in the process of getting my money back. But this could have been avoided if Heiress Beverly Hills had acted on their responsibilities and provided the product I had paid for in the first place.
In conclusion, I advise fellow online shoppers to be wary of ordering from this company. The lack of communication and the dissatisfaction with the product they delivered are huge red flags.
Double Charged, Long Wait, Cheap Quality: My Disappointing Experience with Heiress Beverly Hills
Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with Heiress Beverly Hills. It all started when I made a purchase and was double charged for a dress. I was really upset and tried to contact the company to get my money back, but unfortunately they only offered me store credit. Despite being annoyed, I went ahead and bought another dress anyways.
After waiting for a month for my dresses to arrive, only one came in the mail. While it looked pretty cute, it ended up breaking within just one hour of wearing it! Can you believe it? And if that wasn't bad enough, it took another whole month for the second dress to finally show up. But even that wasn't enough to make up for the cheap quality of the dresses they sent me.
When I finally tried on the second dress, the zipper broke on the very first attempt. And let me just say, I was not impressed with the materials they used at all. All things considered, I paid way too much money for dresses that were essentially trash. I can't help but feel like the company just doesn't care about their customers.
If I had been able to get my money back, this review would be completely different. But unfortunately, my experience with Heiress Beverly Hills was anything but pleasant.
Beware of Heiress Beverly Hills: Unreliable and Frustrating Customer Service
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Heiress Beverly Hills (heiressbeverlyhills.com). I had placed an order for a few items totaling over $450, which were supposed to arrive in December of last year. As it stands now, it's already March and I'm still waiting for my items. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and follow-up, I've received nothing but empty promises and excuses. I even resorted to reporting the issue to my bank, BBB, and the third party company I used to make the purchase, but still, there is no resolution to my problem.
To add insult to injury, the company recently offered me store credit instead of sending my original order. Why would I want store credit from a company that failed to deliver products that I already paid for? It's truly frustrating and unacceptable.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company! If you have also had similar issues, consider reporting it to relevant entities and spread the word to prevent others from experiencing the same. It's crucial to hold companies accountable for their actions and protect consumers from potential fraud and scams.
