I was told over the phone that I could make plenty of profits if I invested in the Hedgestone Group. They talked me in to giving all my bank details and
told me how to deal in stock markets under their supervision - which I did!
I have lost around £37000 and have no way of getting anything back. The
company have deceived me and left me penniless and I have been in touch with the bank, the FCSA, the FCA, Action Fraud, the police, and will be seeing a doctor re the stress and sleepless nights, and trying to get some free legal advice via Citizens Advice.
The stress it has caused me is indescribable, and I am a single female with no
support. I need help to refund my money.
In what way has my complaint been resolved? I am still penniless and desperately unhappy about Hedgestonesgroup and their methods of getting my money!
Pease help me to recover my losses!

So sorry to hear of your situation. i am in a similar situation with hedgestone group. I haven't lost anywhere near as much as you have, however the dent is really significant and I have no way of making that money back. I have recently found out that their website has disappeared completely and they are under investigation. So now might be a good time to try and enquire about all this one more time to the bank etc. What did the bank say to you when you called them? Surely with this being fraud the bank or someone else should be able to refund the money.. and with compensation for the absolute stress this has caused your life... ridiculous!
Do you know who is investigating them ?
I lost about £10k with Hedgestone Group, but then they said it was all my fault for not investing more !
I’ve reported them to action fraud, who are a bit of a toothless tiger ... but if it’s an independent investigating, then perhaps we can send details to them and they may be able to recoup our money
I traded with 365-fx binary options. I wanted to earn some money to pay for some bills so I invested $56, 000, these brokers said I will be able to withdraw about $80, 000 to $90, 000. The brokers calls me everyday to deposit more money, I told them all my funds are in the trading account and I can't deposit more money anymore. They became so rude and stopped calling and also stopped responding to my messages.I wanted to withdraw and I couldn't, they denied me access to withdraw my money. Months went by and I still couldn't withdraw my money. I have reached out to a certified recovery expert xing.ming (AT) tutanota. com who was referred to on a post I read here on reddit and he has been able to recover all my money.
