XM.com reviews and complaints

Recientemente inicie en el mundo del trading y un seminario al que ingrese recomienda este broker en particular y poder recibir un bono de $30 dolares americanos. Servicio al cliente me dice que no soy elegible para este bono porque mi numero de telefono fui utilizado para reclamar el bono anterior mente. Ellos se niegan a darme informacion sobre esta cuenta la cual cuenta con mi numero de telefono. Yo he ingresado toda la informacion solicitada, incluso hasta me llamaron y no me informaron de este hecho hasta que los busque nuevamente viendo como estaba el estado de mi bono.

I just want to say that XM Trading Point is really robbing people or traders.This is the second time that I submit a complaint about them.They closed my Open Trade without reaching its SL it was closed round about +-27 pips before my SL Target it happened with 3 Trades.I submitted my problem to them and my Account Mananger only responded to email a day after I brought it to their atttention.Ive been with them for very long now, but I think it's time to move on...
