I went through and did some research and decided to reach out to [edited] (Owner and breeder of Heavens Angels Cattery) I explained to her that I was looking for a kitten as my cat went missing and I really wanted to have another cat in my life I spent the next four months waiting for one of her cats to have babies and we shared a lot in common and I felt like she had genuinely cared about my situation and she expressed how she wanted to make things special for me and would do a video chat with the kitten and take pictures for me.
There was several instances where things would come up with her or she would have an emergency to attend to. I had endured so much heartache from my cat of 13 years gone missing and I feel I didn't ask much but for her to live up to her end of the bargain.
One day she messaged me on Instagram stating the kittens were taking a bath and that she would send me pictures (Promised) that evening came along and nothing, no message, no pictures but she had posted on her Instagram all the other kittens but couldn't even take 2 seconds to message me, she knew what I had endured and how much this kitten meant to me and it was a very dissapointing experience to go through someone that couldn't take time out of their day to offer the service of sending me a picture of the kitten I'm about to purchase.
We all work hard for our money and I was about to put out , 000 on this cat and already put a deposit down and I'd expect that someone running such business practice good business efforts and I felt she really neglected that. It was very disappointing and I just felt she was very inconsiderate and only cared about selling the kitten. Personally that's poor business practice in my opinion.
I have since reached out to Hillary to state I no longer with to pursue buying a kitten from her.
Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint and I would NOT recommend Heaven angels cattery to anyone looking to purchase a sphynx!

lol i believe this lady is a crazy scammer because i keep seeing stories on other sphinx boards about her. but honestly someone forgetting to dm you a picture of the cat one time isn’t really a reason in itself to freak out

I wouldn’t doubt it. She treats cats like dollar signs, conducts her business like a drug dealer but in this case the products are poor innocent animals. She robbed me or $800 and 9 months of waiting for not one but two cats that conveniently “died” a week before being sent to me.
I’ve bought cats from Tara and had nothing but good experience. Tara has gone out of her way to be accommodating. I know she was having a very rough time with family emergencies and needing to travel for a family funeral. I was also in touch with her and purchased from her during this time period. I think she was very professional given all that was going on at the time. I also know her cats to be healthy and well cared for. I was able see her breeding area as well. It was clean with very large kennels and the cats were all in excellent condition. I was impressed with her set up. Say whatever you want but every word I’ve written is sincere and I would recommend her to anyone.

Ya know why you are so mad because when you had explained to me why you had gotten mad and I didn’t try and make you stay and get a kitten , I didn’t want anything to do with you because your unstable !You had a tantrum over not getting a pic fats enough .I didn’t want one of my kittens with you or to have any connection to you and that’s why you are so mad.You must lead a very sad existence hey.I feel bad for you ,For you to be so determined to discredit me .I really hope you find peace one day and god help anyone that sells you a act Ahahah
That's eerie as a very similar thing happened to me with a woman named [edited]. Every time I requested my deposit receipt and pictures of the kitten there was always some excuse.
My Partner and I wanted to get another Sphynx cat so my current cat would have a friend 🥹 Unfortunately we chose to go with Heaven’s Angels Cattery located in B.C. We had gotten our first cat with her (after some stress) but at least knew she had cats. The owner Hillary Harris took our $2,800 and promised us an all black cat. Months later she told us she actually didn’t have any black sphynx but had a different type. We said that was fine because we were tired of waiting. After months of waiting the week had arrived where we were going to receive our kitten. We had named her, bought her a blankie, and were ready to welcome her home. Suddenly Hillary stopped talking to us. After asking and waiting she finally got back to us the day before the kitten was to arrive and told us that the cat died.
We were obviously devastated but were told her friend (who owed her a cat?) had a newborn kitten. We waited for this kitten to get old enough.. another four months later and it was time to receive our new kitten. We named her and again were excited to have a sibling for our cat. Two days we were supposed to receive our new baby we got a text telling us that this kitten had died.
At this point we no longer trusted Hillary as a breeder or a business person. I began to wonder if the kittens had ever even existed. Even if they did they were not healthy and I no longer felt comfortable doing business with Her.
When we asked for our money back we were immediately met with hostility, and she tried to pawn other cats on us. We were done waiting and too heartbroken to even think of getting a new cat. (We had photos and videos of the kittens we were promised).
This was clearly not what Hillary wanted to hear. She got extremely unprofessional and inappropriate with me. She verbally assaulted me and showed me how unstable she was. She acted erratic, with her “friend” claiming to have gang involvement and intimidating us. This person now had all our money and we had nothing.
It wasn’t untill mentioning we had spoked to a lawyer that she started paying some of our money back. After 3 more months she paid us back a total of $2000. She quoted a “non refundable deposit” from a contract that our legal counsel said would never even hold up on court. The contract was as flimsy as her operations. We learned that “bait and switch” was a classic technique that some breeders and sales people use.
She has now been evading communications and we are out $800, have been through an emotional rollercoaster, and wasted 1.5 years that could have been spent working with a reputable breeder.
We wanted to share our story so others can avoid what we went through. Please be careful and if something doesn’t feel right pull out IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately our emotions clouded our judgement. This has been a nightmare, losing $800 sucks but the worst part is being manipulated and taken advantage of.
This cattery is not an honest cattery. I went through hell with this cattery. She sold my cat right underneath me and got double the money and tried to lie to me then she wouldn’t send my cat and I found out who bought the cat after me. it’s a long story, but she is not a good breeder. She doesn’t take care of her cats And their liars
I went through something with this cattery as well. If you’re looking for a great cattery I have two Spinx cats that are pedigree they come with papers. The breeder is awesome and my cats are beautiful and healthy.

Lying about me too on your behalf about nemerous lawsuits that haven’t even happened .That’s slander
You lied to people that a kitten can outgrow a grade 5 heart murmur and sold that kitten as a “healthy” kitten. You’re not an ethical breeder. You are a criminal. That isn’t slander, that is the truth. We will all be leaving negative reviews all over your social media pages so others will not shop from you. How are you lie to your costumers? You are a fraud who resort to threats when people speak up. I hope your business goes down

You decided not to get a kitten ,and I happily accepted yoru request .You are a very angry lady ,you should move with your life .
Numerous law suit filed ,wow wow.This a great place to warn people about bad breeders ,but it’s also a great place to slander breeders too.Kayla chose to not buy a kitten ,I spoke with Kayla on a very consistent basis ,and she snapped over a picture not being sent fast enough .I am very busy caring for babies,instead of waiting until the end the of the day she didn’t want get a kitten anymore.I respected her wishes .As for these other comments,this is a great example of Kayla getting others to bully me ,I don’t know why that lady is saying things like I am in the system 😹😹😹😹😹😹😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣she goes by Jen Jen one minute and then changes it tooo SarahJ78🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
