i bought a toy and cancelled it within 10 minutes of buying . I spoke with customer service who sent the request to the company to cancel. I called back a couple hours later to see if it was cancelled yet as i had not received a call back. The assured me that a request was sent and i would hear from them as soon as it was cancelled. I looked at my email in the evening and the order was shipped. I called Hayneedle the next morning to have it cancelled and they informed me a request had been sent to FedEx. I called fed ex anyways to make sure and spoke with Paul at FedEx who finally helped me our in the situation. He assured me that the package would be sent back. I still have not received reimbursement on this product and it has been back at the facility per the shipping information for over a week. I have a pay pal claim open and have asked Hayneedle for assistance and received none. I escalated my claim.
