Haven Holidays review: Verbal assult and criminal damage to my car whilst leaving the cleethorpes beach haven park

the incident happened on 20/10/2025 where as a member of the maintenance team verbally assaulted me and further damaging the wing mirror to my car the whole incident is captured on your CCTV and was reported by myself at the time to the maintenance manager that was it no more corespondance i decided to contact the police upon which they discovered that the maintenance person was indeed at fault and from what ime told is on a disaplinary CRIME NUMBER 25000147007 conducted by PC daniel buttle i further contacted the park to speak to the maintanance manager nidgel but he was always unavailable and failed to return any of my calls a lovely lady on reception called linda tried her very best to help out but havent got any further it is my understanding that nidgel is now on christmas leave until january i feel he has now made the situation worse by not responding i am seeking damages to my car and compensation for the whole situation its made me ill im a local person to cleethorpes and regularly go past the camp to a beach spot as it helps me calm my BIPOLAR DISORDER i rarly go now because of this incident
