arrived at 2pm on the motorhome pitch 25 min later all the power went off and didnt return until next day,Spent the night in frezing condidtion .when contacted staff for help no one around and security offed us a cup of tea and we cound warm us self in his cold hut.this is un expecable . the next day i asked can i get a extention on my stay as the past 28 hours i counnt use any facilities the showers and toilets needed 24 hours to reset it selfs,this completly spoiled our stay here can you please help in this matter to rectify this nightmare i find myself in many Thanks Trevor Reynolds
