We stayed at The Orchards Clacton from Friday 28th August to Monday 31st August. Booking Ref: 16625085, A Silver Caravan. The accommodation was extremely poor for Silver. The seats were stained, both sofa and chairs, we had to put towels on the floor as the carpet was heavily stained. Patio doors leaked, crockery was not clean, kettle looked like it had something growing in side.
The overall cleanliness for Silver Caravan was totally unacceptable.
There were bed sheets left over the grass and road in the rain. These were here for the whole 3days.
Swimming facilities were disgraceful, very unclean and tired.

Desired outcome: We will be seeking a full refund and assurance that policies are put in place so no one else has to experience what did.
