I paid $80, plus over $2000. for other items, for an item to be order at Harvey Norman Launceston, but received zero notification when it arrived. Calling two weeks later, I was told orders weren't being unpacked because of their End of Financial Year sale. Four weeks later, I visited the store in person, only for them to look at the screen and claim it had "just arrived." I then had to wait at the depot while they searched for it. Poor communication, frustrating service, and completely unorganized.

Claimed loss: could not watch our new tv as stand took 6 weeks to arrive
