Harris One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Very quick to respond and fix issue. Would definitely use again.

Bought an Air conditioner/heating unit from Mr. Harris in Clarksville, Tennessee. For the first few months it ran good then when summer came my house would not stay cool. It goes up to 80 degrees and continually runs, raising my power bill. I have had them come out 5 times. Each time they did something different and said that should fix it. The last time they came out and said our ducting had a problem and had come apart. The only people that were under our house were Mr. Harris and his team. So they said they fixed it and made sure it was fixed. Well, that did not take care of the problem. We have spent a lot of money with this company. I want things right and my house cool.
