My aunt, ***, was a member of this orginization which promised to provide a life insurance benifit to her estate upon her death. She passed away 1/6, and we notified this orginization about her death. However, they do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I need help in resolving this issue.

This here's 'bout a group that had old folks payin' in every month. Then when they kicked the bucket, they were supposed to give benefits to the person they left behind. In my case, it's for my dear ol' Mom. She passed away on November 24th. I've been callin', sendin' letters, and emailin' this company countless times, but ain't got no response. I'm at a loss for what to do next. Appreciate any help y'all can provide.

I been payin' into this burial association since 1988. They'd send me a statement 'bout 2 or 3 times a year askin' for payment. Sadly, my husband passed away in July. I been tryin' to reach 'em by phone, but ain't nobody answerin' or got no answerin' machine. I even sent 'em 2 letters and a death certificate, but ain't heard nothin' back. Now I'm wonderin', who can I talk to 'bout gettin' the money I'm supposed to get? I really hope this ain't some kinda scam takin' advantage of old folks like me.

My mom was a member of this burial association and she paid her dues for a long time. She passed away in October and I haven't been able to reach or get a benefit check from Shirley Y, the director. I talked to her once and she said she would send the check for benefits, but nothing has happened. I emailed and wrote a letter, but I haven't heard anything.

My mom, ***, was in Hancock Burial Association. She died in December . I've tried many times to get money after she died. I called, sent her death certificate, and showed proof that I'm in charge of her stuff. I talked to them before about paying her fees and they answered quickly. But now, when it's time for Mom to get money, they don't answer.

I'm the one in charge of ***'s stuff after they passed away. *** was a member of the *** Burial Association for a long time, but then they joined up with the Hancock Burial Association. *** kicked the bucket on 11/11, and the folks at *** Funeral Home in Everett, PA let the Association know on 11/17. But guess what? We still haven't gotten the money they owe us for ***'s death. I've tried calling them at so many times, but they never pick up and you can't even leave a dang voicemail.

My dad, ***, paid into Hancock Burial Association for 20+ years for future burial costs. He passed away on 8/06 due to Covid. I had to pay the entire funeral expenses upfront for the service to happen. I sent a certified letter with the death certificate to Shirley Y, Sec-Treaurer. She signed for the certified letter, but she didn't reply. I then emailed her on 9/09, 9/26, and today, 11/10. I've called her many times, but it always says the memory is full, so I can't leave a message. My dad deserves reimbursement from Hancock Burial Association. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm stuck with no responses.
