I have grown up with Hallmark movies and cards and always enjoyed everything this company stood for. The movies were so realistic of everyday normal life and in all areas of life from city to country and poor to wealthy. They were so good to enjoy with the entire family, all ages. Always appropriate and not offensive in any way. I've had numerous fun evenings spending time with my young daughter and her friends watching a Hallmark movie. It was a way of teaching decent behavior while finding love. Teaching respect and responsibility as well. There's the problem, now this same Hallmark company has left all sense of morality and decency. It truly is a tragedy for all families that try to hold on to what is good and right in the world. I will no longer watch this channel or purchase their cards. I truly have been disgusted enough with the turn to men with men and women with women! Hallmark, what is next people with animals? How low will you go to make money at the expense of normality and decency? Is it greed or fear or caving in to pressure? May God have mercy on your souls.
Wow I love the comment about I don’t mind gay people but I don’t want to watch them on tv. Do you realize how few movies and shows this happens in? They are trying to be inclusive they are not a Christian network. I think hallmark isn’t missing out on much but losing you guys. Hallmark is supposed to be about love and inspiration that’s what they are doing. I see movies with straight people kissing constantly u almost can’t watch a single thing without it happening. With the way you people think if everyone got their way there wouldn’t be any relationship movies at all because some people don’t like what that see. Too bad it’s happening and I’m sure you guys talk about cancelled culture to just realize you are part of it by trying to have these movies cancelled. ***mic drop***
I am also over the "woke" Hallmark. I have nothing against gays, but that does not mean I want to watch them on TV. I don't watch horror movies or operas either. We have ratings such as GP, are there ratings for interracial couples and gay couples? Is there a place I can find out if Hallmark (or any other programs for that matter) has this type of content?
I agree! My mother told me about GAC Family and I switched! No more Hallmark for me! They are going to lose so many people! FYI...GAC FAMILY has the original CEO OF HALLMARK! He left them in 2020. They have great "Hallmark" type movies. All clean! Plus old family half hour comedy shows. Thought I would share for those that might not know! Also, the new TV show spin off from When Calls the Heart is going to be on there soon with Lori Loughlin back as Abigail! Yeah!
Absolutely ridiculous that a "Family" network that will stage a scene to not show a woman's behind thinks that having men kissing is some how the moral high ground. The Christmas House 2 has our dear Lacy in it, but also 2 men wanting a "family". I will not tolerate the ongoing assault on FAMILY that has been defined for thousand's of years that HAS ALWAYS started as a marriage of 1 man and 1 woman. I understand blended families, cohabitation and single parent homes. Stuff happens. However, homosexuality is a mental illness gone mainstream. Nothing more. People can do what they want in the privacy of their own homes, but the fervent desire for ACCEPTANCE of this behavior is an ongoing assault to our society and is speeding along the moral decay that is the root cause of most crimes in this country. I am done with ALL HALLMARK Movies, shows and cards. DONE
