Brought some pants that don’t fit me. The returns process was a VERY poor experience! Keeps making you ‘register’ even after you have an account. Tells you to send the tracking number but no send instructions could be found. Wanted me to tell you which part of my body it didn’t fit properly (hip, waist, bust etc). Very specific and private, made me feel uncomfortable.
Kept asking me to confirm the option of return I wanted even tho I’d done it already (multiple times). Had to go to the help area which was delay and initiate things there. Should be an easy step by step process! Shipping costs were super high! (Nearly $50!) pretty gutted and disappointed. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Even finding the place to complain was not straight forward!

Desired outcome: Reimburse the postage fees.
