Purchased a fire arm around 7/17/26... Shipped and received... Never received the code for the promotional give away for a free suppressor with the purchase... E-mailed to find out why because the promotion was still being advertised and was told I would receive an e-mail with the code... Said it may be in spam folder... I checked both regularly and never got any code... Never got anymore word. This is a scam! You shouldn't have to jump thru hoops and deal with all the monkey shins to get this give away... Total lie. Very disappointed in guns.com and will not buy here again. Not that they care.
Desired outcome: honor the give away that's advertised and stop scamming people.

That is a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. Call their customer service line and ask for a supervisor immediately. Tell them you have your order number and the date, and that you expect the promotional code to be emailed to you within 24 hours or you will file a complaint with the FTC for deceptive advertising. Also, check your order confirmation email's fine print, because sometimes the code is buried there. If they keep dodging, dispute the charge with your credit card for "promised item not received." You paid for a package deal, so hold them to it.
I've had an identical experience...Bought a gun from guns.com SOLEY because of the free suppressor promotion. Never received a voucher email. All attempts to reach customer service are pointless. I only ever get automated email responses that don't answer questions asked. Their main 800 number doesn't lead to humans. It's a very basic, automated audio menu for people that don't have access to their website account to check order status, etc. After 30 days and 6-8 emails I went ahead and reported them to the FTC. I will NEVER buy from guns.com again in my lifetime. It's about trust. I simply can't trust them ever again. They're as untrustworthy as
