I recently had an experience with GTXGaming and I must say, it was quite disappointing. I caught the manager pretending to be a customer and lying about the great service he was receiving. It was quite obvious that it was him, as his profile was linked straight back to him. This kind of deceitful behavior is disgusting and unacceptable.

Aside from that, I did have some issues with the service itself. The server I rented was not performing as well as I had hoped and I had trouble getting in touch with customer support. When I finally did get a response, it was not very helpful and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Overall, I would not recommend GTXGaming. The deceitful behavior of the manager and the lackluster service I received were both major red flags for me. There are plenty of other options out there for game server hosting, so I would suggest looking elsewhere.

But they were the ones being rude to me! They blamed me for everything and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. And then they lied and said they warned me about spamming Discord, but they never did. Their customer service is terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You should go somewhere else where they treat you with respect.

I wanted to get a refund for my purchase, but they refused to give me my money back even though their website said that they offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee. They told me that it was actually a 24-hour refund policy, which is not what their website said at all. I lost $80 because of them and I feel like they robbed me. I would advise everyone to stay away from this server guy because they are not trustworthy.

So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with GTXGaming. My buddy and I were trying to run a Minecraft server for a streamer SMP, and we were promised nine gigabytes of Ram. But when we got started, we only had six. That's a pretty big difference, if you ask me. And things just went downhill from there.

We had constant server crashes, slow chunk loading, and just terrible server lag the whole time we were up and running. And that was just in the overworld! When we went to the nether, things got even worse. Lag was just everywhere, man. It was a real mess.

Now, we were only running three low-impact mods - Fabric API, Origin Mod, and the Mob Origins addon. And we didn't have any problems with those, but it didn't really matter because the server was so unstable. If we so much as moved too fast in the water, the whole thing would crash. And let me tell you, that's not hard to do when you've got an ability that doubles your speed in water. And don't even get me started on dolphins. Those things were a nightmare.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend GTXGaming to anyone. Shockbyte is way better, in my opinion. If you're looking for a server to host, go with them instead.

GTX Gaming is a company that I stumbled upon when I was looking for a way to open, run, and code a server. I was pretty nervous about it all, but I have to say that my nerves were quickly put to rest. These guys are pretty darn awesome, that's for sure!

One of the things that I really appreciate about GTX Gaming is their control panel. It's so easy to use and they offer so many games for you to choose from at insanely low prices. I've been able to gather a lot of experience in running, owning, coding, modding, and much more thanks to their platform. And because of my poor health, I'm not allowed to work or go out very often. But because of GTX, I've found friends and a community on the servers that I run.

But what really sets GTX Gaming apart from other companies is their support. It's top-notch! The customer service is amazing, and they're always willing to help no matter how small the problem is. I've had to reach out to them a few times, and I have to say that the response time from all members of the team is very quick. They're all very qualified and experienced, which is a huge plus.

All in all, I would give GTX Gaming a 10/10 rating. If you're looking to own a server, these are the guys you need!

And then, they started sending me some really nasty emails. Like, they were really argumentative and abusive. It was just a really bad experience overall. I would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs.
