I'm a gardener and I recently ordered three fruit trees from GrowOrganic. Unfortunately, two of the trees had bad stock with branches growing in the wrong direction. I reached out to the company to see if they could give me a refund or exchange, but they refused. I was disappointed because any good firm would have thrown out those trees and made things right with their customers.

To make matters worse, the last tree I received from GrowOrganic ended up dying. I was really upset because I had put a lot of time and effort into caring for it. Overall, I don't think I'll be buying from this company again. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out their products, but the quality just wasn't there.

I think it's important for companies to stand behind their products and make things right when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with GrowOrganic. As a gardener, I rely on high-quality products to help my plants thrive, and I just didn't get that from this company. I bought an Asian pear tree from GrowOrganic and boy was I disappointed. The tree was diseased and they didn't want to do anything about it. They told me that I had to treat it while it was dormant, but how was I supposed to know it was diseased until it started to grow? It's not like I'm a tree expert or anything.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with GrowOrganic. I mean, I ordered my stuff way ahead of time, but then I had to wait and wait and wait. I've sent them several emails asking about the status of my order, and they kept promising me that they'll ship my trees soon. They even told me that they'll talk to their boss to expedite my shipping. But it turned out to be a lie. After three months of waiting, they finally told me that they don't have the trees and blamed it on the grower.

I was so disappointed with their service that I tried to write a review on their website. But it seems like my review isn't going through. Maybe they don't like hearing the truth. It's frustrating to wait for so long and not get any updates or information about my order. I wish they were more transparent about their inventory and shipping times.

However, it's now July 9th and I still haven't received any answer from them. This delay has caused my planting season to be pushed back by two whole months!

I've called GrowOrganic a whopping 20 times in the last two weeks, but all I've gotten is a customer service representative who transfers my call to someone else. I've left messages, but they never call me back. It's incredibly frustrating. I called again the next week and left another message, but still no response. It seems like they just want to transfer my call to someone else and not actually help me.

It's been two months since I paid for the soil analysis and I still don't have a report. I'm beyond upset with their service. It's unacceptable to keep a customer waiting this long without any communication. I hope they can improve their service in the future because I won't be using them again.
