Update: I have contacted the higher-level managers and they have agreed to conduct a thorough check in the attic with an air-leakage test. We will see what happens.

We have experienced water issues five times in just three months! Eight pieces of our baseboards have been damaged. There is a significant amount of snow under all six vents. All four downspouts on the south side of our house were frozen. There are six truss spaces filled with frost cones on cold days, and the insulation beneath them remains wet even after they claimed to have fixed the issue. We have had water leaks first in room 4, then in room 3, back in room 4, followed by the hallway, and finally in the master bedroom. As the owner, I have spent a great deal of time on emails, texts, phone calls, inspections, maintenance, and self-inspections. The root cause of the water leak has not been determined yet. I acknowledge that some of their staff are trying their best to improve the situation, but overall, it is very unsatisfying to do business with this company.
