Biggest scam out there. My wife and I went to one of their advertising's presentation. We were all hyped up on getting their top end condos for quarter of an actual price. Getting hotels price matched for lowest price and 10% refund. We agreed on $2000 down payment and the rest I would pay two weeks later during orientation when I get my member id number and access to their site. Week later they ran a credit score check with out my permission. Droped my credit score. In the time I was looking to buy property. When we showed up for orientation, we told them about the credit score drop. They replied to us "to call their management and they will take care of it." after the orientation we paid the remaining balance of $4995. I started looking through their site. All their condos are getto condos I can book most of them on online through other websites for like 10% more. No real discount there. Two days after I looked, though their site I realized this isn't worth $7000. We tried to cancel but, in the contract states that I have only have three days to cancel after signing. So that's before you even get their member id and get to see what their website actually offers. So, we tried to book a hotel get some benefit out of our membership. To get hold of, and book with there concierge travel agent is a nightmare. I spent hours, multiple calls a day. "and their travel agent isn't available, we will call you when one is," and no calls back, and finally when I get hold of an agent, "we will call you back with a quote" no call back. Finally, they send you a quote its either way overpriced, compared to expedia, or they send you a quote for a condo which is still more than a price then you can book a hotel with expedia. After multiple attempt I left a massage with travel agent, still waiting for a call back. Their contract is ment to cover thier deceptive promises and lies that they have told you or promiced you during advertising presentation.

Desired outcome: Full refund
