Great Resort Vacations (GRV) will not refund the membership fee after they breached the contract.

Provided false and misleading information

Rude and abrasive personnel at their corporate office

Will not return calls or email requests for additional information

1. At the time the contract was presented to me by Stephen (March 10, 2023), I made a correction to the contract Page 10 number 9, lining out: "GRV Membership is FULLY ACTIVE as of this purchase date,” because Stephen stated that we could not access the member service prior to our member orientation. Please note that at this time we did not have a username or password, which were to be assigned at the member orientation.

We were also instructed and that the id on the contract would not work because it was"not in the system"and should be functional at our member orientation. This is Friday March 10, 2023.

2. He (Stephen) informed me that I could not make any alterations to the contract — the page was redone and we redid the correction that was previously made to item number two of page 10.

3. The response from the representative of Great Resorts Vacations (GRV) quotes the contract page 8 item 8. I questioned this and was informed that I had three days to cancel the contract. HOWEVER, I did not have access to anything until March 17, 2023.

The username and password were not provided to us until March 17, 2023, even though the member orientation was at 1500 on March 15, 2023. The person conducting the orientation did not have that information and called my wife Sylvia with our password and username on March 17, 2023. THAT (March 17, 2023) is the date that I had access to being a FULLY ACTIVE MEMBER! This date is past the three days that you quote in your ironclad contract.

The GRV representative stated in her terse response:"We follow the three day right of rescission law. You had three business days to read through your contract, access the product, and cancel, if you so choose."I did not have access to the product until seven days after the purchase. At that time, the three day right of rescission had passed. My case stands as follows and can be substantiated by Stephen and the lady conducting the membership orientation, if these individuals are honest and have a reasonable memory:

GRV is culpable for not providing access to the membership for nearly seven days past the payment date. I did not have access to the product.

The GRV representative states:"Again, the orientation is not required to access or use the product, we offer it as a courtesy."This statement is certainly not what occurred in the Spokane Valley, WA location. My experience is stated above.

My questions and comments to the GRV representative and leadership are:

1. I certainly would like access to talking with Stephen and the person conducting the membership orientation. I have no doubt that"under oath"the truth will be revealed.

2. The representatives from GRV continually refer to"the contract."I have never seen or heard anything about customer service or satisfaction. It appears to me that once the"contact"is signed, service and customer satisfaction do not exist. At no time during this complaint has anyone asked how this could be resolved, or even expressed any sort of empathy or understanding concerning this dilemma. I have been verbally abused in a phone call, and chided in writing as evidenced by the last response from the GRV representative. I find this so telling about the ethical practices and relations of your organization.

3. I have asked for information from GRV which I have not received. I plan to further pursue this matter to substantiate my position and provide testimony that I did not have access to the membership information for nearly seven days. GRV — thanks for the offer but I do not need additional training.

GRV representative:"We can also escalate you to our Member Experience Manager." I welcome the opportunity to be escalated to your 'Member Experience Manager.'

Desired outcome: Refund of membership fee
