We own the timeshares and we got the invitation from Grand Resort Travel. They invited us to the 90 minutes presentation and said that afterwards we would get free gifts. When we tried to get our phones and check the reviews about the company, the rep said that we should listen, but I finally did it and found many complaints and negative reviews about them. They took money and their customers never got any gifts and good presents.

This is so true and they need to stop. We are a senior couple and my husband is in a wheel chair, They promised us they could get us travel in 30 days that was wheelchair accessible. Not true at all this is a criminal action. Needs to be reported to Charlotte Observer, My next step.

They are pushy even after you tell them no they keep on an on untl you cannot get out without signing papers.

Contact me, We went to small claims and are still waiting on results, I believe we need a class action suit to stop them.
Has this ever been resolved? I was taken advantage of last year and I am livid that someone took advantage and misrepresented this travel service. Any luck on your end getting any money back?
Have you been successful at getting any help with this. Ours is not resolved. We were misrepresented as well. I have done everything I know to do. No luck. They need to be stopped.
