Dear Team,
I am writing to notify you about an issue we are facing in tracing the exact location of our registered Plot number 144 (324 Square Yards) as per the registration document. The Managing Director of GPR Housing Pvt Ltd Punna Rao Ghanta Garu came directly and signed the document during the site registration. The next day after registration team showed us our plot. However, we are unable to trace the exact location of our plot. We tried to reach the team in Visakhapatnam many times since 2004 but still we haven’t received any response as to where our site is located.

I have purchased 6 plots from GPR tollywood Gardens, Anajpur, near Ramoji Film City, they are registered on our names but the plots are not traceable and there is no development and approach roads… when GPR will develop this venture?. Further, I understand that the GPR is not cleared the 100% payment dues to the original Land owners. Hence, the original land owners are not allowing GPR to develop the plots like marking of stones and roads etc. I therefore, request GPR must clear and settle the outstanding due payments to the original land owners and develop the plotting and roads ASAP for registered owners… thanks, Shanker

Yes, same problem we are facing. We purchased in 1996 for 40K (Actual price 10K). My parents struggled to complete EMIs and had very poor life. March 24th, 2022, after 25 years we were very happy that at least we can spot that vacant land. We found that the office GPR housing office has been shut down and the land where our plot is located is captured by goons who does not have proper document. Criminals have hired Punjabis who belongs to SCST and kept a tent on that land for them to safeguard. If anyone owner comes, they can even kill and walk out free without case. Even police is supporting them in this matter.

Non allotment of plot
I have joined a monthly payment scheme for a plot in "seapearl" project near gangavaram in Visakhapatnam in 2000. Paid installments for 3 yrs , about Rs.6000. I and my friends have purchased plots in Sai Gardens Venture at Muttangi Village, Pattancheruvu, Medak Dist developed by GPR Housing Pvt Ltd in 2003. They promised that they would be developing the plots by fencing and Planting 10 trees in each plot. Forget about development and plantation, questioned recently, They told us our plots nos. are not there in the that venture, Where as we have registered sale deeds with us, since they have not done plotting as promised, we could not locate out plots. The CMD has gone underground. They are more than 5000 plots in this venture and the fate of all these plot owners is the same.
