Hi, We too have purchased land from GPR housing in Ravalkole, Imperial Gardens layout. Today we went to check the plot but all the markings and layout stones were removed. We can definitely, meet and collectively check with Medchal Registrar office

I have one plot in GPR imperial garden sector 3 of RAVALKOL VILLAGE MEDCHAL. SOME MIS CREANTS THERE ARE creating false propaganda stating the land is in dispute and they want to buy at thrown away price like 2 k and 3 k. Whereas the market value of GHMC layout is 35 k in same area but Panchayat registered one fetches min 12 to 15 k. Need this to be resolved before it goes in the hands of unscrupulous elements

Hi Jaswanth Reddy garu could you please share your email and whatsap contact so that as united GPT plot holders decide the future state as currently nothing exists and people around are spreading rumours that the land is in dispute and people have made landfill and drainage flow with garbage being dumped with no physical identifiable plot markings.
