I thought I was purchasing my actual passports through this website, but instead I purchased FREE documents for $350.00. I was so proud of myself for doing my passports for the first time, but had a bad feeling at the same time. Immediately cancelled my orders after realizing I was scammed. I contacted their customer service within the hour of purchasing and asked for a refund under their 24 hour refund policy, but it's up to the billing department. My main concern is I gave them all my information and my childrens information. This is terrifying and a waste of money.
