My calls for assistance weren't helped. they attempted to find service for me along I 40 east of flagstaff without success. It was suggested that I attempt to solve the issue which ended up costing me $952.27 I had paid for premium road side service which flailed to happen, I was eight hour later before I was able to drive safely to roadside for the night. Had two small dogs with me and I am 81 years old. I f I hadn't filled up in Winslow I would have run out of gas. If it hadn't been to the generator to keep us cool it would have been hazarders to us. Be aware of your own situations. received no refund for a service I had paid for.
