GolfNow review: Terrible customer service

I made a mistake while on the phone with a buddy booking. I booked the same day (Monday) rather than Wednesday as we planned. I realized my mistake right away and canceled the same day (Monday) and booked Wednesday. Golfnow wants to charge me for BOTH! I called to let them know immediately and they would only offer me a partial credit. I asked that they just charge me for Wednesday and they said that is not possible. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Recommendation: Stay away from these fraudsters who only want to charge you and will not help you.
