You have to mail in payments to get a discount of 4% but there customer support is such garbage. How in 42 yrs of living this is the only company that mail has ever been lost to, twice. Yeah I understand mail gets lost but twice to the same company on 2 different occasions. Lowest common denominator its the companies customer support. To cancel the order they keep your down payment and then can charge you up to $475 in fees and that is up to the companies discretion. Horrible company customer service and policies. After I figure out this transaction, I will never do business with again. So much easier to purchase tangible precious metals from a reputable company and have shipped to my door.
