Since COVID, which is when people, especially working people, really needed help, FinFit was absolutely no help. I've been at my job for 4 years and make well over what they would like you to make to get a loan. I got a loan back in March, paid it off, and haven't been able to get another one since. My credit score isn't even bad, so I don't get it. I just deleted the app.

I got this Finfit wellness spending and saving account from my employer payroll app. On April 1, 2022, I got my first direct deposit and reported my stolen debit card and compromised account. I asked for a new card and a virtual card multiple times, but the stolen cards were not blocked. The person who stole my cards spent my money three times. On April 29, 2022, I finally got a new replacement card and my money back. The disputes were granted in my favor because the bank didn't issue me a new card. Now the manager, Sarah, has restricted my account and is conducting her own investigation. It's not my fault, I did everything I could, but my account was compromised and my money was spent four times.
