Golden Arrow Bus Servicesride driver

Bus driver of 4201 in town centre leaving for cape town at 12:00 on the 22 April 2017. He has no respect for the passengers boarding the bus. He lashed out every time a passenger askd him a question. I mean is that how you train them to treat the passengers? No I don't think so. You guys should deal with your staff because you gona loose your customers.. and I would like feedback on how he was dealt with. I think i have a right to know
