GOAT review: Shoes sold to them

I've recently old my new shoes to GOAT on 9/1. I decided to sell my shoes I bought from Foot Locker to GOAT to make some extra money since I didn't really like the color. I took pictures and videos, afraid something like this would happen. I also took pictures of me dropping them off to UPS on a prepaid label they provided. My shoes were delivered to GOAT on 9/7 at 8:02 am. Usually they authenticate my shoes and send my money to cash out. When a day went by I reached out to them sending them pictures. The only way you can contact them is through a request. They totally deleted my request, totally wiped all traces of me sending a request. So I created two more, because I forgot to add some information to the one I created. They closed them without a response. I just created another one today asking for my shoes or my money to be sent back. I have pictures. After reading several reviews they're know for selling fakes or swapping your shoes for fakes.
