Out technician, Calen was great today. He was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and even suggested that I upgrade to the My Elite plan to ensure that all of my needs were covered. He completed my pest service inside and outside in a very timely manner and wasn't bothered by the dog. Great Job!

New to the area, the tech they sent out was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the treatment he was going to do and gave me confidence that I will not be having any issues with bugs or rodents as well as assured me if I did he would take care of it personally. I give the company 5 stars and look forward to doing business with this company.

Great experiences with the entire team at Lake Norman Pest Control. We have been using this company for around 10 months They walked into a big mess that another company left and have gone above and beyond. It is hard to find a company now days that make you feel like a valued customer and they have definitely done that. Highly recommend this company.

I understand that things are tough right now..but I have lived in this house for years and am not accusing anyone of anything, but I have never seen a single cockroach in this house until after this vendor came out to do a flea treatment. I have cancelled any further business and will now be seeking another way to rid my home of this not so welcome guest

I found an unidentified "long-legged creature" in my kitchen sink this morning. I called Go Forth and they sent a technician the same day. He identified the "creature" and assured me it would not bite or sting. He actually said it ate other bugs. He removed the "creature" and made me feel so much better. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Thanks Go-Forth!

I joined the Go Forth Pest Control client family in 2018. I have been exceptionally pleased with their service, attentiveness to any issues which arise from time to time, and their professionalism as well as their considerate and amiable demeanor in the office and at my home. Chris is my newest tech and he most definitely fits the established mold! I could not ask for anything better and recommend their service with no reservations!

Just became a customer of Go-Forth Pest Control in Richmond VA. We purchased our home last year and did not feel comfortable with the termite bond the seller had set up for the home. Go-Forth was recommended so we set-up an appointment. Nicholas arrived when stated and was very professional during the review and explaining service options. Once we agreed on an option he scheduled a technician who showed up as expected and was very professional. So far we are very pleased with the service.

Walter was very polite, patience, and efficient in his manner and performance. you have an outstanding service Technician. He also told me what was mentioned in your portal about if they are needed to come in before appointment they will. He explained about the reaction of the pest and that it was a sign that the spray was working. To give it atleast 7 days to see the complete results. Thank you Go-Forth. After my initial review, Dom contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding as to what I was expecting and what had been relayed to my 1st tech. He was able to come out the very next day and treated my home much more thoroughly, as well as educated me on how better to take care of things moving forward. He definitely put my mind at ease. I am confident that with his help and expertise, my "pest" problem will be taken care of sooner rather than later. Dom is a valuable asset to this company and truly knows the meaning of customer service!

Go-Forth Pest Control does a great job! They are always very courteous and polite when they come to service our home. Never have had a problem with them not showing up! Very professional company and their services are spot on! We had an ant problem once and handled it perfectly and quickly the first try! Very, very satisfied with their services. All their employees are very polite and always ask if we need any help with anything inside or outside that we have concerns about before they start own inspections. We would definitely recommend this company, without, hesitation to anyone who is looking for a good reputable pest control company.!

It was a pleasure having your Technician take care of our exterminating needs around and inside our property. Ethan F was knowledgeable and explained the process of what we should expect going forth the next 7 days. We have already seen the benefits of the service he provided. Ethan F was friendly yet professional and very respectful when explaining the services he would be providing. We were considering terminating our contract because of a mix up on your companies part. However, after receiving the services provided by Elan F My wife and I have decided to continue with our services provided by Go-Forth Pest Control. We didn't know if Elan was allowed to accept tips and refrained from asking as we didn't want him to feel uncomfortable. We pose the question to the company... Can Technicians accept tips for the service the are providing? Thank You to all and Stay safe!

This business has been a nightmare. Had them initially come out. Only sprayed outside, and still had stink bugs afterwards. Called the tech, she came back out, told me she wouldn't do it again, but would sprinkle some crystals down on the ground. Still didn't work. Called again, 3 times she cancelled. Misquoted me on price. you pay every month, but they only come out every other. I paid the 100 dollar initial fee, which was 95, but she had no change. A week and a half later, I got a bill for 95$. Made them aware of mistake. 2 weeks later, got a 45 dollar bill. From that point on, they have been relentless with the phone calls. First, to ask me if I found service yet. Told them ya, them, but wasn't happy, and no longer wanted the service. 1 month later, they're calling everyday telling me I owe them more money. Informed them that I had already canceled this service, and the woman got almost threatening, telling me I signed a contract, and was liable. Which I did not, as in the initial hiring, was told I could cancel anytime, and just to try them. As I did. Now, they're billing me even more money, and threatening me with collections. I'm about to report them.

I had my second quarterly pest control treatment at my home and the technician found signs of termites. He told me we needed a termite control system installed as we had active termites. He did a very poor job of explaining the systems and we were not made aware that the vehicles being stored in our garage needed to be removed as there was drilling to the concrete floor of the garage involved. We were led to believe that the outside of the home is how the systems was installed. When the tech came to install the system and we were made aware of how the system would be installed in the garage and the outside of our home, my husband had to take a 1/2 day off work to come home to move the cars and move all items in the garage. When we addressed this with the technicians they lied about what we were told. We spoke to 2 office managers who took down our information and were very thorough with getting the correct facts. However, when I asked to speak to the district manager he was rude, unprofessional and actually insulting to me. I understand that there is sometimes confusion regarding services, however to downright lie is totally unprofessional and horrific business policy to have. We had asked that we be reimbursed for the 4 hours of work my husband lost and they would not even consider that as a fair settlement of what we encountered. We ended up cancelling our pest control services with them.
