Purchased London pass for trip to the U.K. in March 2023. 6 day pass with over 630 credits Pass was for 90 attractions available. Transportation strikes and inaccuracy of attractions open was incorrect. I check the availability the day before and the morning of only to be greeted with temporarily closed sign. Order number 8600671, QR code [protected].

Called customer service toll free U.S. number? The reps that I have spoken to do have a foreign accent, talk very quickly with a mix of words, I explained the situation and requested a refund for unused credits. I was told at first that I would be reissued a voucher for the remain credits for a return trip to the U.K. I explain that this was a once in a lifetime trip. I wanted a refund.

The rep than stated that I would be given a refund less 20%. I stated that I did not use up 20% of the credits and would like a refund for the remaining credits. I was informed that I would get a refund in the manner in which I paid for the pass which was a credit card. It would take 10 to 20 days. I checked no refund. When I called to inquire I was informed that the refund could not be processed. No specific reason. Why was I not called?

Called customer service again explained everything again. I could not talk to the original person. Now I was to pick my refund between Pay Pal or ACH wire transfer. I picked ACH wire transfer, was sent an e-mail with instruction. The E-mail bounced back. I called again, a different person answered. I tried several times and still it would not go to the recipient. That rep resent me the e-mail with the info, I sent it back and stayed on the line until she confirmed that it was received. Again another 10 to 20 days.

About 1/2 hour later she calls and informs me that I need to resend that information in a format that the financial department could understand? I answered every question line by line an indicated in the format that was sent to me. I resent the information back. I put in the information in using the exact headings and colon's with information. I stayed on the line and asked that someone from the finance dept also see if this is what is wanted. Everything went through. It would be another 10 to 20 days. No refund

I have e-mailed again asking where is the refund/ Another person responded that unfortunately they need more times? I have every email saved. I do not appreciate not knowing what the hold up is and why there is a problem. I paid for my pass promptly. I am not certain if I will be getting a refund. I will not buy another credit pass like this again. It has been over 2 months. I would like my refund Thank You
