GMX Mail review: GMX email
Suddenly, users can at random receive login errors and remain incapable of logging in. The steps to resolve the issue do not work. Finding help is difficult. They don’t respond to social media tags. I don’t know if I’ll ever get email access back. Their site gives a link to watch for outages except when you click the vote button to report an issue it results in an error message. Extremely upset.
Desired outcome: I want someone to call me and review my account and fix the issue
