Recently I had a bad experience trying to use site glockstore.com. They have the most AWFUL SERVICE I have ever seen in my life.

POOR quality -- Safety & fitment issues! I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar completely so the gun will not fire. Also, the fit of the magazine release is poor as the lower front portion of the release stands proud of part of the frame on the right side which creates a sharp edge and looks bad. The frames came with a note mentioning the user might have to file the locking block or frame with the "included" file which was not included. It turns out the holes were much too far off for the average user to fix and in my opinion, most gunsmiths would not be willing to modify the locking block or frame as much as is necessary for assembly. I realize "it was designed to be tight", but I doubt it was designed so the holes do not align with the locking block. Although I was eventually able to get the locking block installed with the locking block pin and the trigger pin, the interreference is too tight for the pins to be removed without a hammer the way Glock intended and stock Glocks can be. The funny thing is the holes actually fit too far loose without the locking block in the frame. My guess is the holes have been enlarged slightly oversize in order to accommodate the poor placement of the holes which do not align correctly with the block. I watched the product video prior to purchasing and heard words such as "we did a damn good job" and "it's a high end mold" only to be disappointed in fitment issues I would not associate with the comments in the video.

There are many placed to buy glock parts. Do not buy from glockstore. Lies, trash, more lies. Put $500 hold on CC for a $165 part. End of the month, commissioned sales people. It's Glen Gary Glen Ross. They will say anything, take orders on parts they don't have. Managers are liars. They need to be closed down. BBB agrees. They're awful and Lenny should be ashamed

They have an informative website for kids or entry level "how to" topics. Don't try to vsll them or communicate with them. Waste of time.
Once they get your EMAIL or phone number be prepared to block their numbers and class EMAIL as SPAM. Never in all my 50 years of toting guns run into a place like this. Reminds me of Tammy Baker and the Religious Industry scammers.

BEWARE OF THE GLOCK STORE! DO NOT ALLOW THEIR GUNSMITH TO WORK ON YOUR GUN PERIOD! ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE PERIOD!
1. Incorrectly installed my match grade trigger- reset was sticky and tried to deny doing anything wrong and by all accounts I feel this leaves the firearm in an unsafe condition. Their poor attitude and unwillingness to quickly admit fault was the hardest part.

2. I sent my Barstow Match Barrel to have them fit it on my G34! The gunsmith's totally botched the job, took off way too much metal. Stock barrel locks up tighter. They refused to replace the barrel or take any responsibility and their GM was basically thumbing his nose at me, very unprofessional as he even referred to me as "dude" and was callous and after sending my G34 to them to have them replace barrel, they showed me a video of them rapid firing it and said it was fine. I never complained that it was jamming, I had specifically stated they removed too much metal and the match barrel was no more accurate than the stock one. If anything they should have shown me a video trying to prove the match barrel was but failed to do so. I paid well over $200 and they completely ruined my barrel!

Bottom line, don't ever buy anything from this store or ever trust their gunsmiths who are basically hacks to work on your gun. They are clearly incompetent and their service is horrible. They are very nice when it comes to selling you whatever you want, really great bunch of guys until that is something goes wrong, then they deny deny deny. If none of what I said is believed, you can click on the link below to see others who been ripped off. Also, go look at their review on yelp. Look at the "not recommended" that did not get factored in. If you know what you want, you don't have any issues, yes I agree a great bunch of guys but as others have indicated it is when you have a problem is when they fail to deliver.

Your complaint has been submitted and assigned the ID [protected]. BBB. Order product, they charged to credit card. Online state orders shipped next day or within 72 hours. Once they collect money, they legally enter into a binding contract. When they don't comply with their own company policy's they have violated and broken that contract. They legally can be sued. Internet Crime Center and the BBB and Federal Trade Commission needs to be contacted.
EVERY single person who views this page with a complaint about product/services, if you don't file to BBB, FTC and IC3 don't complain because you are part of the problem by allowing this sort of thing to continue.

I placed am order on July 9 for a magwell, beavertail and grip decals for a small total of $79 and change. Everything was listed as being in stock. My card was charged upon placing the order on July 9. The status has been "processing" since I placed the order. I have emailed now 3 times. The first as an inquiry about an expected shipping date on July 16, to which I received the following response:
Hello,

Thank you for your email!

Your order #[protected] has actually been completed and is currently in route to our shipping department to be shipped. However, we are experiencing a slight shipping delay and due to trying to get out all the back ordered items needing to be filled. Please also keep in mind we do ship orders in the order in which they were received and as soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

On July 22 I asked for my order to be cancelled and my card credited back this is the response I received:
Hello,

Thank you fro your email response!

However, in regards to your order #[protected], i do see that your order has been fully processed and is now being processed in shipping as we speak. Would you still like to cancel this order or would you like to allow it to complete and ship out to you. Again, i apologize or the delay in response!

Yesterday I checked and the order is still processing, so I sent another email stating that I expect my funds credited back to my account immediately and my order cancelled or I will be filing a complaint with the state's attorney's office.

I think we need to get a petition together to file a group complaint.

I placed an order on 2/22/2013 for two high capacity clips. It is now 18 days later no follow up correspondence. phone number "NO LONGER IN SERVICE" and they have not responded to any e-mails. i have actually canceled my credit card account and opened a new one. this company is a disgrace to the GLOCK name. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY !

I have the EXACT same problem. I ordered a G23 on 2/27 and called and emailed to verify the FFL was received. I managed to get someone on the phone once but the "person that handles the faxes" was at lunch and they were supposed to call me back. I have yet to be able to reach them by phone again. I have called at least 20 times and they don't even have voicemail. After about 8 rings, a busy signal is received. No response to email either. I have emailed them for the last time today and advised that I would be contacting the BBB and the FTC if I did not hear back today. I have a feeling I am going to have to contact my bank and have them blocked from charging my card, hopefully I don't have to cancel it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I AGREE...SUPER AGREE with ever complaint about glockstore on here! They are the absolute worst. I contacted Glock about what kinda business they run selling their products. I know it really won't come to anything, but WTH! This was my 1st & last dealings with Glockstore. Seems like everyone's complaints on here, i experienced 'em all at one time LOL.

In this day and age of internet scams and scammers it feels foolish to fall into one from a seemingly legit outfit. Either poorly run and overwhelmed by "success" or just intentionally intent of committing fraud upon customers. Too bad I read the complaints after experiencing the same experience you read here: order online, they immediately get your funds and off the air they go. Behavior like that should not come unpunished, I have contacted the LA Attorney's office and filed a fraud complaint, will follow up by contacting Glock and ultimately filed a fraud report with my bank, which indicated they will retrieve my funds from their bank, they depend on a good standing with the different card companies i.e. Visa, Mastercard, who will look out for their customers and perhaps pull the plug on the Glockstore's ability to use banks as a medium for perpetrating their fraud. Hurt them in the pocket! Good luck !

I ordered two (2) Glock .40 cal 15 round magazines from their online store on December 25th and have yet to see anything. I've sent emails to them and gotten back the standard "we're really busy and we'll ship them as soon as we get them, at least we haven't charged you yet". response. As a side note, I ordered two of the exact same magazines from Natchez Shooters Supplies site on Feb. 3rd and I got them on the 23rd. I let the Glock store know that and told them perhaps they should try getting theirs from whoever Natchez gets them from. I will not be doing business with the Glock Store again.

I can not agree with the poor service remarks. I have been very pleased with their service. In case some of you are not aware, the media events which have transpired over the last several months, have changed the rules. NO ONE had magazines in stock -- service is exasperated even in the local gun shops. I have received ALL of the items that I have ordered, in what I consider a timely manner for these times. Of course I read the small print that explains that some items are back ordered - in fact they are back ordered for ALL shops.

I totally agree, they are an f... joke, i ordered Feb 4, 2013, have heard nothing, tried calling, nothing.Filed a claim with the BBB, they have heard nothing! Dont order from here, they have no customer service period! Im calling Glock today as a matter of fact.Yeah everybodys busy in the gun businesss but cmon, at least get back with your customer!

I am experiencing the same problems with The Glcokstore aka McGills Glockstore of San Diego, CA. I have sent them numerous emails, made over 24 calls trying to get past the busy signal, and with absolutely no luck at all. Now the owner, Mr. McGill has finally placed an add on his website informing people that the orders are behind, but that his Glockstore will get them out as soon as they can. This company has evidently bit off too much of what they can actually chew. I placed my own order on 2/11/2013, and received a confirmation that everything was in stock, and the statement had an order number assigned to it. I noticed yesterday (2/20/2013) that they have charged me for only 2 of my 3 items on Sunday, (2/17/2013), however I have not received any shipping confirmation yet. I set my cell phone up to redial their telephone number until it rang, and after letting it ring about 20 times, someone finally picked up the telephone. The gentleman asked for my name, my telephone number, my zip code, and still could not find the order in his system. Then he asked me for the order number, found it, and stated that my Glock High Capacity Magazine was out of stock, and that it will not be coming. One must ask themselves the question as to how it managed to get sold on my ticket, when there evidently was no stock on the shelves. The way that you get to people like this is not only file complaints with their local Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, but you get them at their franchise client Glock themselves out of Georgia. Glock the company I am sure would not like to have a distributor of their products who cannot deliver, who cannot answer the telephones, who cannot return customer's email, and who overall just shouldn't be in business at all. My advice to Mr. McGill right now is to shutdown your internet service, catch up on all of the current outstanding orders yet to be fulfilled, and then set up a sure fire means of entertaining another opportunity to go back onto the internet. I will be notifying Glock myself for their response, and I am one pissed off Italian right now. Do the right thing here Mr. McGill, shutdown your internet catalog service until you can catch up. You are not running a good business here sir, and evidently you cannot meet supply, demand, or quality customer service. You must have all three of these things to succeed in a business. You are missing these sir.

WOW I WAS JUST PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM FOR 10 40 CAL MAGAZINES BECAUSE OF THE GREAT PRICE AND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE ALL OF THE SUDDEN VERY EXPENSIVE BUT I FIGURED I WOULD OPEN A NEW WINDOW AND CHECK SOME REVIEWS WOW THANKS GUYS I HAD EVERYTHING FROM MY ADDRESS TO CC INFO AND AFTER READING THIS I SIMPLY JUST CLOSED THE WINDOW THANK ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH FOR SAVING ME TIME MONEY AND AGGRAVATION

Terrible. No one will answer phones or respond to my many emails. I want to cancel my order but feel like they will process anyway and make it difficult for me. I went to the San Diego BBB and looked them up and they had an F rating. That figures. I did find another phone number for them if anyone wants to try it [protected]

I too had a horrible experience with them! Order a Glock 26 gen 4. Received email confirmation, had my gun club fax their FFL info, and nothing! Weeks went by, and I was never able to get anyone to respond to my too numerous to count emails, or phone calls. I finally emailed them and told them to cancel my order, and that if I saw any charge come through on my card, that they would be hearing from my attorney! Absolutely, the worst company that I have ever dealt with.

Put me on the list! Ordered a model 19 over a month ago, had my dealer send the FFL (which they acknowledged receipt of), then...nothing. I have sent three emails and received no response, and tried calling countless times only to get a busy signal every time.
How in the world this place can stay in business is a mystery to me!

I just wrote a complaint Jan. 30th. After I wrote that, I realized that after waiting 3mos for my magazines they did not charge my cc. So since it was never shipped and I wasn't charged, I canceled my cc and asked for a new one so that when they finally decide to charge me it will be DECLINED. I sent them a nasty email telling them that when the package does arrive I will wait 3mos as well to send it back! We should all put our money together and sue!

Over two & ½ weeks ago I ordered a Glock 26 from this store gave them all of my credit card information. I received an e-mail confirmation that the order had been received and had my FFL guy fax his license to him the next day. At the time I placed my order the web site said there were “delays in shipping some items 3 – 5 days”. After a week I sent them a very polite e-mail asking if I could get an updated shipping date since it was clear they were running behind – no response from them – two days laterI called – no answer and their voice mail box was full. I repeated this process several days later – no response and voice mail box full. Now, 2 & ½ weeks later I try to login to the store’s website and my account has been canceled. Canceled. So they are happy to take my CC information under false pretenses – bait and switch and then cancel my account like it never happened – I have their e-mails.I have filed a claim claim with the FTC No.[protected] and with the BBB

Same B.S. busy dial tone, and when the phone does ring NO ONE picks up! I'm calling my CC company and report them.

These complaints are all spot on! Have yet to receive a response to any inquiries (3 of them). I placed an order (after fighting WWIII with their website!) and I got an order confirmation email (automated of course). There is no order number so I cannot follow-up online. After reading all of the negative reviews I tried to cancel my order but haven't been able to reach anyone. Fortunately my credit card hasn't been charged yet - we shall see...

Ok since I complaint I also have to report that they made it right for me. I had some e-mail exchange with the owner last night about he was really sorry and did not mean to misslead me and he will do anything to make this right. They offered me a gen3 instead which was in stock and assured me if he gets his hands on the gen4 he will let me know right away. Well they just called me and they got one for me shipping it now. So after all I only waited about 2weeks plus the 2 days shipping from today. I guess in the end they did make it right for me at least. Hope you all will be as lucky as I am.

bdiz I am at the east coast too and placed the order on Jan 9th and as I said was assured on the phone and per e-mail that it is in stock. but quote: "we really dropped the ball on this but at least we have not charged your card yet..."
I was calling from 7pm to 8pm finally getting thru to one of their customer service reps . Of course I have not heared anything since... Also, I told them to call before shipping the gun as we are going to have a gun show next week here and if I still got no shipping confirmation by then I will hopefully be able to get it there. I feel the same way about canceling the order especially because their rep said I will be first on the list for the next shipment. Sorry i am not any help I guess just keep trying to get thru...

Varuu, How did you even get through! I have called, emailed and got nothing except the same voice mail that you received. I ordered my firearm on January 10th. I dont know what to do. Im sure if I cancel the order than I will not find the gun that I want.
Im fired up! What time of day did you call? I live on the east coast.

This is the worst store ever. I ordered a handgun and made sure before I did so that I called to make sure it is in stock. I was told that the gun is in stock and no problem as soon as I order it they will start the processing. So I went ahead and order it. One day later I get an e-mail that my order is in stock and ready to be shipped as soon as they receive the FFL license of the store to be transfered to. I had my local store fax the license the same day. After another 5 days I still had no reply to any e-mail inquiry or any phone call. Finally I was able to get thru the busy lines just to be told that there must have been an error in their stock inventory and the gun is actually not in stock till the next day when they receive their new shipment. But it would ship for sure the next day as soon as it is in. About an hour after that conversation I got a call back from them saying that there is another counting error and that the new shipment will be sold out to fill other order and i will be the first one on the list for the next shipment. So after I asked when the next shipment will come in I was told that there is no ETA... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS

Same exact problem with GLOCKSTORE, com. Never an answer to my multiple emails and the phone never gets answered. Just try to cancel an order and see how difficult it really is...

Glockstore customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I placed an order online and they charged my CC without sending my items. There phone number is constantly busy, they do not answer email and most if all of there items are not in stock. They are unable to track my order. Google these folks and you will see what I am talking about. I have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB and IC3. #rippoff #glockstore #glock #lennymagill #dontbuyfromhere
