In October 2025 I purchased an engagement ring online. After detecting quality issues on the ring's surface i initiated a service/warranty process. Since then I haven't received the ring back. Customer service reacts to my mails but postpones the date of finishing repair every single time: Sometimes by 5 days, sometimes by 15. Information from customer service can't be trusted - this is not how you treat customers.
Recommendation: Avoid Glamira entirely
