Title: Extremely disappointed – Temu failed to deliver and cheated!

I placed an order for a full 3-piece suit on Temu, and what I received was nothing but an empty code—no suit, no waistcoat, nothing at all. I paid cash on delivery and trusted the platform. But Temu not only failed to send the actual product, they also refunded me in Temu credit, even though I clearly requested refund to my original payment method.

I sent them emails, I provided proof, I even filed a complaint with UAE Consumer Protection—but Temu chose to ignore everything.

I work hard to earn every dirham—I don’t get money for free. And being treated this way is unfair, unethical, and disappointing.

Temu: This is not just a complaint, it's a warning. If you keep cheating customers, you will lose the trust of honest people.

I will continue to share my experience on social media until Temu takes full responsibility and refunds me properly.
