Most courteous group of men that I have encountered! Patient and polite and eager to please. I have had movers who looked at you with a "make up your mind" attitude. But not this group of men. They understood that sometimes it takes two or three times to set a piece of furniture in a new place. And they needed to pick up some furniture from one place, then travel to a second place to pick up more furniture and then finally take it all to its last destination. Patient and courteous throughout! Did I say that too many times?! I would use Gilbert Moving and Storage again in a heart beat!

From the time of quote, through the loading, moving/drive time from one location to another, to unloading, Gilbert Moving was PERFECT! John gave us the estimate and price didn't change. Sarah coordinated the move and kept us posted. Day of the move, Mike came with 5 company employees - Tom, Bill, Manny, and Steve. They expertly packed and filled the truck. After 2 days drive, Gilbert Moving unloaded with expert help from 2 guys from a local company. Everyone was very experienced, courteous, helpful, and advised us as needed. I gave everyone a nice tip both days. Would ABSOLUTELY use Gilbert Moving again. My daughter had also used them recently with same results.

I was moving from one city to another. I lived on a busy street, and Gilbert Moving & Storage were the movers that loaded up all my boxes. I HIGHLY recommend them for any move. They were so fast and efficient. I was so shocked at how fast they loaded up the truck. They were such hard workers, especially with me living on the 3rd floor with ONLY stairs. They were very professional and hard-working people. I've moved a lot, and this was the only time I was relieved from stress once they moved it so fast. No damage to anything either they padded up and used proper equipment for the move. I will forever recommend it to my family and friends. I will also be using their services any time I move. I can't even explain the stress they took away from me while moving. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER :)

I had a great experience with my Gilbert Moving and Storage movers. John Smith and Sarah Johnson did a great job. They were very personable and friendly. They took great care of my belongings during the move and communicated with me throughout the process. I would totally recommend them for your moving needs.

Fabulous from start to finish! Scheduling was extremely helpful on a short notice move and figured out a way to make it work. Moving team and team lead Kevin were quick, efficient and very polite besides being careful with everything. I will definitely use them again if I need moving assistance and recommend them highly.

From start to finish this was the easiest move I've ever made. I was texted with the crews anticipated arrival time. Joe and Kevin were professional, courteous, and respectful. Plus they both had a sense of humor which is essential during stressful situations. Especially if you are moving in the middle of COVID 19. Highly recommend this company.

Extremely unprofessional. They contacted me for a quote on my move. I went out of my way to send them pictures and give them a detailed inventory to start with. They did not get back to me, so I had to request it. Then they came in $5000 higher than 10 other movers. And the estimate wasn't detailed. If they didn't want my business, all he had to do was say so.

Gilbert Moving & Storage were our movers.. I am speechless at how amazing both men worked. They were extremely professional & did an exceptional job at getting our move done as quick as possible. I've never experienced such great customer service from a company before. Nobody loves moving so it was amazing to have such reliable workers get one less thing off our backs! I would recommend this moving company in a heartbeat!

The office and moving teams were timely, honest, and professional from start to finish. I had to change my move date several times, and they graciously accommodated each request and even made sure I still got the best rate possible. Their quote was higher than I expected, but they assured me I would not be charged for time not needed. Sure enough, the movers were meticulous and efficient and did not pad. Our final total was less than I have ever paid for a professional local move, in part due to a short distance, but also to the movers' professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company...I have used them twice once to move my stuff into storage and another time to get the stuff out of storage. Both times were amazing experiences, great price for the work, and fast and efficient service! I had Jerry, Nick and Luis on my jobs and they crushed it! They were kind, respectful, good humored, and humble guys that were easy to work with! I have recommended these guys to my parents and they used them as well for moving and they have had a great experience too! They are on time and reliable! I would recommend this company to anyone and lastly Diane in the office was so nice and caring and was able to draw up a great quote/deal for both of my moves that were fair and affordable!
