It was a real struggle for me to find the perfect web host among the countless options available on the internet. And let me tell you, I have been using Gigapros for quite some time now and I have never had any issues with their service.

I am really, really disappointed with this company. I ordered a server from them because they had a deal going on that said if you pay for a quarter, you get cpanel for free. So I went ahead and bought it, paying for the whole quarter in advance. But then they made me do all sorts of things to prove my credit card was legit, like sending in scans and stuff. Finally they said it was all good and that they were setting up the server. But then I waited a whole day and heard nothing. Finally they sent me an email saying that I had to pay an extra $115 to get cpanel, even though they had advertised it for free. I was so mad! We went back and forth and they just refused to do anything about it. Then they told me they had resold my server! The one that they had already charged me for and were supposed to be setting up. I mean, what the heck? They were lying to me the whole time, selling me stuff that they couldn't deliver, and then trying to downgrade me to a worse server. That's just not right.

Their customer service is terrible. They need to honor what they advertise and at least give me the server that I paid for. It's not too much to ask.

I really hope that someone from Gigapros will see this and do something about it. I'm not asking for anything more than what I paid for, just for them to make it right. It's not fair that they can just take my money and not give me what I paid for.
