I have never had an issue with overdraft fees until United First Federal Credit union turned over to Georgia's Own. They hit you overdraft fees for every little thing. Even if they do not cover it, they hit you with a $35 fee. If something is pending and you can't see it, they hit you with $35 overdraft fees. Their system is never accurate on pending or actual balance and there can be money in the account by the time it posts but they charge $35 and say oh we tried passing it on blah blah blah. But you didn't cover it, so why charge me?
Claimed loss: Over $1000 in overdraft fees with no proof.
Desired outcome: Repayment.
