I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my support request (Case 92829232). Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution, I have been left waiting for over a week without a satisfactory response.

I pay for a premium service and I would appreciate an immediate review of my case and a resolution at the earliest possible convenience. Please let me know how you intend to address this matter.

Followed up multiple times and get the same response. Wit 24-48 hours

FIVE weeks now and again today they say they will get back to me. The subscription cost is not worth the value. Better offerings out there for cheaper.
