I've been trying to get in contact with customer service, but they take days to respond, and when they finally do, they're unwilling to provide me with a refund, even though the product hasn't arrived within their promised window.

To make matters worse, the tracking information doesn't provide any updates as to where my purchase is, and every time I contact customer service, they just give me the run-around. It's a complete nightmare. Geembi's customer service is terrible, and I will definitely never purchase anything from them again.
