No contact info and they didn't reply to my emails
I bought 10 lanterns from the website www.alloutdoor.co.uk. It was real waste of money. They took about $200 in total. When I searched for their contact information, I was surprised that I found nothing. I want money back, and I have no idea how to track these people. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Rep changed the delivery day
Don’t buy from the scammers from the website www.alloutdoor.co.uk. I ordered lanterns from them, but on the estimated day I haven’t received my order. I called to the customer services, but the rep started to change the dates and behaved really strange. After that this ### simply changed days and could say that the order would be delivered at any day. The worst services and attitude, so better don’t buy from them.
I was led to believe that there was a tracking number for the item I purchased - not so
I was led to believe that there was a tracking number for the item I purchased - not so! An email from them states they use "Internal Tracking Numbers" which basically do nothing! In addition, the lid on the water bottle I ordered came scratched and dirty. I have a nalgene bottle so I know they can withstand a great deal of wear and tear but when you're buying something NEW online, you expect it to come as if you bought it in the store, not as if it were second hand or previously used. Would not recommend buying from this website at all!
I have not received a single thing
I placed an order on Feb27. A couple of days later I contacted them and they assured that my order had been processed, and that my item had been shipped. I did not receive a tracking number or anything. At some point I asked them when should I expect to receive my item and they didn't respond. As of today, April 3, I have not received a single thing.
These guys are a scam.

It promised next day delivery but actually arrived after many phone calls
I ordered a globe from this company on 16th Dec. as a christmas present. It promised next day delivery but actually arrived after many phone calls on 30th Dec. My daughter finally got her present but what a dissapointment the globe was damaged.More phone calls followed the globe was picked up by courier and I was promised a refund. It is now 23rd February and after many promises of a refund my £98:00 as not been credited. I use websites all the time but have never had a problem like this. I actually think it could be classed as fraud!
