We were looking to add a full bathroom in our basement. It can be daunting to try to find the right contractor. Premier Home Improvements walked us through the process and was very thorough. We never felt pressured to sign with them. They gave us options about where we could build the new bathroom in our basement. They explained each step of the project and provided a contract outlining everything. We went on a shopping trip with the project manager to pick all the materials and he took time to answer questions without rushing us. Once the project started, they sealed off areas of our home and covered our carpet. Their workers were very professional and did their best to not disturb us while we did e-learning/worked from home. They also ensured that they followed guidelines to keep their employees and my family safe while working during a pandemic. If any concerns were raised, they quickly addressed them. We were in constant communication with the Project Manager. We’re extremely happy with the finished project and I highly recommend them! I cannot stress this enough! They do amazing work but most importantly are so professional and provide great customer service!

This is our second home improvement project that Premier Home Improvements has done for us in the past two years. Our ***s bathroom needed a long overdue update. The end result is amazing and we have had so many compliments.

Had our original bathroom from 1956 remodeled by Premier. From the initial contact to the last day of the project the team of premier employees were great to work with. All polite, friendly, and highly skilled. Most important to me was response time and timeliness of the project. Whenever I had a question or needed an answer I received a call back super quick. Project was finished in a timely matter. Would use them again for my kitchen remodel.

My ancient kitchen has been opened up and modernized by Premier. The manager and workmen never let me down, delivering excellent quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Premier for any remodeling or repairs. When I redo my bathroom, Premier is who I’ll call.

We recently had Premier Improvement build a bathroom in the basement for us. It took a little longer than we expected but we are happy with the results so far. We understood a lot of people wanted to do different projects in their homes since travels and vacations are not happening that much this summer and we appreciated their effort to finish working before our son started school online. They are professionals and the quality of the work is good, they care about what we wanted and delivered. They want you to be 100% happy and will work hard if they have to for the costumer to be pleased.

Premier Home Improvement went above and beyond my expectations on my kitchen remodel! I had unknown plumbing and electrical issues that they had to completely redo. My electrical box placement wasn’t in a good place and I showed them a hidden/beyond backsplash/cabinet idea and they delivered exactly what I asked for! They turned my Pinterest picture ideas into reality and I love everything about it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel!

Back in 2019, my wife and I were debating between moving or remodeling the basement and family room in our current home because our needs had changed. We had met with a few contractors and we were not comfortable with what they were saying. For example, one of them did not want to pull permits from the village. The process to find a contractor was starting to become very difficult for us. We then came across Premier Home Improvements. A manager came out to our house to evaluate our project. When he first came out, he came on a Saturday because that is what worked for us. The manager took very detailed notes as to what we were looking for and said he would be in touch to come back out with a proposal. The manager then met with us on a SUNDAY, because that is what worked for us to go over the proposal. After looking at the proposal, my wife decided to make several changes and the manager was able to make those on the fly and re work the entire proposal. Because of Covid, we delayed the start of our project and Premier had no issues with that. They told us to let them know when we were comfortable for them to begin. They said their employees would have temperature checks and would have PPE. We started the basement part of our project in May. The goal of this project was to add a bedroom, full bathroom and increase the functionality of the living space in the basement. It was a lot of work, and once the demolition started, my entire family was very excited everyday to go downstairs and see what had changed from day to day. As the project continued, the same manager that started the project was constantly checking in to see how things were going. Along the way I had a lot of questions since I'm not in the construction business. Sometimes my questions were at 8 or 9 at night and I would send the manager a text, "what is this or what do you think about this?" He would actually get back to me that night! It took about 3 months to complete the project, but like I said before, there was a lot of work to be done, from plumping, HVAC, electric, painting, carpentry, etc. The quality of work that the trades performed was A++++++++++ the basement look amazing! I would rather a project go a little bit longer when people are taking time to make sure things are perfect rather than rush to make sure things are done. There were several Friday nights when workers were still at my house at 7pm and I was telling them to go home and be with their families but they wanted to to finish something up. We started our family room project in September. The goal of this project was to gut the family room, put up new walls, new ceiling, paint the room, new hardwood floor and and a new door to the garage. Once started it expanded to moving a vent and changing out window for a patio door. This project moved a long very quickly and the room looks amazing! Overall, Premier has been very easy to work with and has done amazing work! Our house look fantastic and we are definitely not moving now. I would highly recommend them.

An excellent choice for home improvement. We had a bathroom remodel that was ten years in the making. We had done all the rest of the work in the house and the bathroom was the last. Since I had three joint removals done we felt we needed to farm this out. We interview four separate contractors for the job and chose Premier Home Improvements LLC as the one to go forward with the contract. What had impressed us the most was their approach to managing the project. It was a project manager's approach. Everything was laid out, in writing, as to what were their responsibilities and what were our's. What we had to supply and when it was to be there for our side. What they would do at each stage of the project, demolition, plumbing, electrical, walls,. tiling, and so forth was documented and we had to sign off on it. That helped us to make the decision. What earned them the five stars was the quality of experts they brought in to perform the work. Craftspeople all. If an issue was discovered they just did not bill ahead with what they thought should be done but they involved us and asked our opinion on how to handle something. I can think of only one thing that I was able to provide a solution for that they had not thought of. All in all we were very thankful for the company as a whole during these trying times (COVID-19) and I am certain that even if we were not battling a pandemic they would have shown the same level of care, commitment, and professionalism Well done Premier Home Improvements!
