Gassan Diamonds excess debit of amount

i had purchased a watch from GASSAN shop at Schiphol airport Amsterdam on 02/11/2017 at 11:15 (EU TIME). the watch cost as per bill is 189 EURO, where as the merchant has charged 220.84 on 03/11/2017 as per card statement. kindly help in reverting the excess amount charged by merchant outlet. bill ref number [protected]...
