When purchasing through steam I have been charged £4.30 for the last 3 months against my debit card for a Gamivo subscription that I have not wanted and certainly not asked for. When I look on customer reviews it looks like there are many people who you have done this to and who have made similar complaints, therefore I would like my money back.
I have just noticed the charges on my bank account and the way you do this is unfair and very deceiving.
My Steam account is under Yhio.
And my card ends 7211. Another transaction has been made today on 10th June which I also require reimbursement for.
You should not be pre ticking boxes for subscriptions and opt people into subscriptions in this deceitful manner, therefore I want full refund . The amount of complaints from steam customers who this is happening to is something you are well aware of.
Please issue full credit before I refer this to legal proceedings

Desired outcome: Credit back to my debit card immediately.And hopefully all the other poor customers you have done this too, of which there are many many instances noted online.
