GAMIVO Froze My €2,390 Earnings for 6 Months — I Sent the Invoice, They Rejected It Anyway
I am a seller on GAMIVO operating under the store name Softpinz. After accumulating €2,390 in earnings from my sales on the platform, GAMIVO unilaterally froze my entire balance without any prior notice and without providing any legal basis for doing so.
Here is what happened:
• On April 20, 2026, GAMIVO terminated our cooperation without warning, claiming that products "may have been sourced through unauthorized or potentially unlawful channels." No evidence was provided to support this claim.
• They requested invoices as proof of purchase. I provided them. GAMIVO then rejected the invoice, claiming it was "from 2024 and recently modified." I did not alter any document. This accusation is entirely false.
• They then requested proof that the exact codes delivered to customers were legitimately sourced. As an individual seller who personally purchased and stocked every product, I explained this repeatedly. They continued to dismiss my responses.
• Throughout the entire process, my account was showing a negative balance due to customer returns, yet GAMIVO never provided a clear and transparent breakdown of the exact amount owed to me after deductions.
• Every support response I received was a copy-paste reply: "Please refer to our previous messages." No real engagement, no resolution.
• I asked multiple times: what is the exact amount that will be paid to me after deductions? They never answered.
GAMIVO informed me that my €2,390 will remain frozen until October 20, 2026 — a full 6 months. There is no court order, no legal proceeding, no regulatory authority involved. Just a unilateral decision by the platform to hold a seller's money indefinitely.
This is unacceptable. A platform cannot arbitrarily freeze a seller's legitimately earned funds in this manner. I have full records of all communications and documents.
To all sellers considering GAMIVO: there is no guarantee that this platform will ever pay you what you have earned. Proceed with extreme caution.
