You can just compare the app size to a game like pubg mobile. 7.2GB (pubg) 5 GB(CODM). What I am mostly complaining about is the watered-down cod experience. Pubg, the grahpics can be turned up to ultra hd, and High frame rate. It looks beautiful. There are FIVE MAPS, MAXED GRAPHICS (way better than cod), there are modes like tdm as well (granted they are small, but the 5 BR maps just shows that pubg has developed a more versatile experience). MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is the watered-down experience. Code isn’t made efficiently, and I can’t STAND, the bugged out and uncontrollable recoil. Pubg has great developers who can actually make recoil controllable and predictable, not codm though. A game like codm, MORE THAN 71% of the file size of PUBG, can’t even deliver 50% of the PUBG mobile experience in my opinion.

I really love codm, so I will give the developers my opinion on how they can improve their game:

1. Code. Code needs to be revamped, my new iPhone should not have any trouble running the game, experience crashes, and over heating. (Yes I know, iPhone isn’t the best gaming smartphone, but the Xs Max is more than enough to run large games) Hopefully with the more efficient code, it will deliver a smoother experience as devices can run the game better.

2. Code. The gaming experience needs to be revamped, especially the recoil control. For this one, it’s pretty obvious... Who would use a 3x on an AR, maybe a 6x? Yeah, no one does. Recoil is unpredictable and for example, the kn-44, the recoil is really bad; I know how to control recoil on mobile games (I’ve been playing mobile shooters my entire life: from shooting bows on Minecraft, to spamming the mini gun in Pixel Gun 3D, to shooting down an enemy to squad in pubg). Please fix the recoil and revamp the codm experience. (I personally think drop shotting is really bad, why? Because on my end, I see the enemy teleport to the ground... what do I mean? This means, they click the prone and my body shots are missing the very next moment... without the animation playing out, it literally helps you become an instantly moving target)

3. Graphics. I think cod isn’t know for its graphics. But when I put my graphics to max and max frame rate, it looks like I’m rendering a video on YouTube at 360p. Not good, cod can step it up (I know they can!)

4. The shopping store, I think you guys should throw us a bone. NOBODY is going to buy 20 xp cards for $10. NOBODY, is going to spend 1000 COD POINTS on a RARE weapon skin... you could hire me tmmrw, and I can guarantee to increase codm’s revenue with my basic understanding of economics. It’s simple... if the skin is crap, or if it’s not something the user likes, they will not buy it...
If you like it MORE than what codm price’s it, you will buy it. Revamp the shop, keep the battle pass the same, and reconsider the prices in the shop.
Why? MORE REVENUE!

5. Better the User Interface (UI). I’ve been playing the game for a long time now, and I still get confused on where my weapon skins are, the BR settings, the multiplayer scorestreaks, the operators, etc. Pretty confusing...

I’ve played since season 2 and reached Ace 11 times but I’m a casual player and enjoy Gun Game Library too and don’t always rank up every season. The last season update like all updates came with a lot of bugs. The worst is that it reversed fixes of bugs that finally got fixed and now we have to suffer through them again. Footsteps in arena is now an issue again. It was finally fixed but now someone can be 2 feet from you and you won’t hear them. Some guns won’t kill anymore like they shoot blanks. Forget about preferences. I chose languages close to my server to hopefully avoid far away teammates that would cause lag in the game but it’s gotten worse. I’m random matched 90% of the time with people at least 12 hours ahead of me and it’s always laggy. My ping is rarely over 20 but that doesn’t matter when my teammates/enemies are so far away.I’m Evo level 76 (last I checked)and since update am matched most of the time with Evo level 50 or below (going by the resulting friend requests)but against players at my level. So the enemy wipes out my teammates faster than I can kill.Before the update I was MVP 50-75% of the Gun Game matches. Since the update I get MVP 5%. I can’t knock the tier requirements for play. They are trying. Even before this fix I wasn’t able to play with my Conqueror friend because I wasn’t ranking that season and was only Diamond. So you either rank up or don’t play with your friends. This is supposed to help avoid seal clubbing where a Conqueror plays against a much lower player. Unlike my fellow reviewers I believe the high tiers should be forced to play within a tighter tier group. For example, I just played a game in Diamond (55 kills season total) and faced a squad of 3 Conquerors and a veteran. The Conqueror who killed me had 1659 kills this season already. Less than a week into the season.There’s a big difference in experience. I’ve played other games where the squad together killed over 50 players in one game! That’s literally half the players on the map. I wasn’t even top 10% at the time. So even with tier separation this is still what I face. I think Conquerors and ACE dominators should only play against the top 5% of players. Yes, and wait for lobby if need be. Give the rest of us a chance to win. If they take away the tier grouping then the lowest player should be matched at the highest players ability. Otherwise you will have Conquerors bringing their low level friend in so they can match to a lower tier game and wipe out all the lower players. It’s in your best interest to try the tier grouping. Customer service? It’s a bot, don’t bother. It will drive you insane. Don’t give them your email, they won’t respond and now they have another piece of personal information. Don’t forget, while you’re having fun or tearing out your hair, you are training their Ai the whole time, for better or worse. Compare the PUBG responses to all the reviews. You will see a pattern that they always refer you to an email and promise to help resolve your problems or use the Customer Care section in game which is an automated go nowhere scenario. So this app review is your only recourse, sad. Big fan of the game, hate the updates,bugs,latency,cheating,and worrying about my privacy.

This game is so much fun to play and sometimes I’d rather play PUBG mobile on my phone than games on my console. It’s fun and I like the new additions. From someone who’s played this game a month or so after release, I can say the update hasn’t ruined the game so wonderful part on your end. It runs really well on my iPhone SE there aren’t any crashes really. I love the ranking systems and I haven’t ran into any hackers idk what people are taking about

The only problems I have are the bugs and micro transactions. To start with the bugs, they aren’t a whole and aren’t to game breaking like I’ve gotten the silent car 2-3 but it would be nice if that could be fixed and sometimes if I collect rewards too fast it won’t go through until I play a game then return to the lobby. I’d appreciate it if you save fix that because I was pretty upset about and that’s happened plenty of times. Another thing is when I go into the world chat to invite people to my lobby it gets really slow and sometimes might crash which makes go through the long loading screen again and sometimes makes me wanna play something else so that’s needs to be fixed but that’s not to big but into the micro transactions.

I really LOVE the new tokens and token chips it was a really good idea in my mind and honestly exactly what I was thinking. I think the prices for gun skins is way out of hand though. $20 for a M416 skin is outrageous and the skins need to be brought down because not only is that high for a weapon skin which has no promise of getting in game but for a mobile game that doesn’t connect to your XBOX or PC account is pretty ridiculous. Another problem I have is bp. The only thing you can use for bp is non exotic items in a pretty crappy crate that gets pretty expensive. One thing you could do is make all crates take bp but a really high amount which gives the player motivation to grind and play more and get better. That should go for gun skins also. I also think you should allow players to buy individual cloths and ik that’s not how it works but I thought that would be better for the player to make sweet outfits. The bp should be another option to the player if you’re going to make micro transactions SSOOOO expensive. You really need to consider this. Or maybe you can make it so the player can but token chips with bp and make each crate token chip more expensive based on the crate rarity. You could make it so you buy a scratch off ticket for a crate or token chip. Or maybe you buy spin on some spinner game and you might land on a token chip or a crate or bp. I also think you should be able to buy emotes with micro transactions or no based on rarity will determine the price so I’d love to see more empties than just Royal Pass ones.

All in all I really like the game and there isn’t much to fix on the game it’s ran pretty smoothly just small stuff to make it better and more enjoyable for the player. I really think you should take my micro transactions and BP ideas onto the board I think a lot of players can agree BP does nothing and the micro transactions are just to much to make me even wanna think about buying any. But yeah I love the game keep doing what you’re doing because you’re going in he right direction.

P.S. I hate the portable closet idea they need to be free or not there.

First off, I want to start off by saying I love PUBG. It is by far my favorite out of all of the major battle royale games and I much prefer the simple but intuitive gameplay found in PUBG over the more complex but often clumsy and often less gratifying gameplay you get from Fortnite. This is very biased since to this day I have yet to master Fortnite’s building system, but unlike in Fortnite where I feel absolutely no reason to keep playing since the building mechanic is an absolute necessity in every gunfight you find yourself in (and I feel as though learning said building system is impossible now since every other player is light years ahead of me), PUBG actually makes me feel encouraged to take more risks and play more aggressively since there is an actually feasible chance that my risk will be rewarded. What this mobile port does beautifully well is emulate the PC version of the game on a device you can fit in your pocket. Everything surrounding the gameplay however is less than stellar. First of all, the UI for this game is unbelievably bad. There is absolutely no explanation as to what certain items do, no option to collect all currently available awards at once, and there are so many menus and options screens in the solo queue and shop alone that literally everything other than playing the game itself gives me a headache. Also, not that this effects the game itself but this apps official icon looks like a chinese knockoff of PUBG, it is beyond hideous. Another point of contention is the sound mixing. Specifically where sound effects are played in relation to your character. In a game like PUBG where the entire server you are playing on wants you and your teammates dead its critical to stay aware of your surroundings. However, it is often difficult to tell where enemies are since the sound cues seem to play completely randomly. This is one of tje few things Fortnite mobile did better in my opinion, since in that game its always easy to tell where the enemies are at and whether or not they are moving towards you. The same thing can be said about the supply drop planes in this game, since its extremely easy to loose where the plane is since the sound effect doesn't do a good job alerting the player. Instead of actually making the sound react realistically in relation to where you are standing, the game simply increases and decreases the sound effect of the plane to give the illusion of proper sound mixing. Finally, I want to briefly discuss this game’s awful micro transaction system. Having multiple storefronts, multiple season passes and exclusive items for sale is bad enough; but to lock the most popular cosmetics behind a lucky-spin minigame is unacceptable, especially considering the nearly nonexistent odds you have of actually winning a good item. I spun the lucky-spin game about 35 times hoping to snag a Godzilla item and I didn't even get a single one. If I were just given the option to buy the cosmetic itself this wouldn’t be such a big issue, but when you make it literally impossible to obtain such a desirable item through any method other than dumb luck its infuriating. Don’t get me wrong, the game itself is great. But saying that every system not related to the core gameplay is bad would be an understatement. Fix these issues and it will be one of the best mobile ports of a PC/Console game ever.

So, I’ve been playing this game since it came out, I don’t have any issues with game play but I do have a few issues with the system outside of gameplay. To start off with, the loot box system is dead. I don’t know how many times I spent 14,000 coins trying to get something I haven’t got already. The fact that it doubles the price is ridiculous. And you get almost nothing from recycling it. When you do finally unlock everything the coins become insignificant. There’s no gun skins in the Classic pubg crates or backpacks or helmets and it’d be nice to change gloves but sadly that’s not implemented. The only reason I buy crates now is for the silver to unlock the 2,000 silver scrap outfit and don’t even get me started on the exclusive crates. I’ve received probably 6 or 7 exclusive crates for stuff that uses real money and got a sweater vest, some pants I could find in the regular crates and some duplicates that don’t give much silver scrap either. It’s crazy how hard you make it to get something cool other than the seasonal stuff which brings me to my next big issue I’ve had which is the server. There was a time during season 5 where I was a level away from diamond or the one after platinum. I was probably about 200 points or something away from the next level (diamond) when all of a sudden after matches it started telling me I’ve been ranked up from bronze V,IV,III etc and I check my ranking in the seasonal section and I’m still platinum I so I send a report and nobody gets back to me for a week or two until finally I get like 200 coins or so in compensation, the issue still didnt fix for a couple days and I got a useless amount of currency with no xp. Well see it wouldn’t have affected me much if I didn’t get 10 straight chicken dinners in a row and I have screenshots to prove I had a full page of #1’s in my history and I understand it’s because the server wouldn’t connect me to actual people so I was playing with bots but that shouldn’t be effort I lost that should be something you should fix. So instead of spending the week making it up to crown I was stuck in platinum I where absolutely no ranking progress was made that whole week or so where I ranked up from bronze 5 to 2 before I got sick of not seeing my actual level go up so I stopped playing for a while. I ended up making diamond 5 and stopped there because at that time I knew I would’ve been in crown and I didn’t feel like grinding it again which stunted my actual would be growth. So that paired with the duplicates and the insignificant prizes and the useless gold coin currency and the extremely expensive silver garments which let me include can be *rentedfor a day or a week or month which fluctuates the prices accordingly where permanent is 1,450 silver or something and a day is 50 or 200. It’s just not even worth playing unless you really don’t care about the intentionally bland completely cosmetic base crates and the flawed ranking system which may or may not stunt your progress which is definitely possible since I’ve seen it with my own eyes. If you want to play just for sometimes intense gunfights where rag doll doesn’t exist and the graphics are better on phones past the 6 gen era iPhones then this is the game for you. Just don’t count on getting anything cool unless you spend $100 for the equivalent of 30 Vbucks. That’s my completely unbiased and honest review all from personal experience.

I can’t fight it, nor will I. This game is a cash grab. There’s nothing else to it. It’s in-game micro transactions are so well designed, that it makes you want to invest real money.

CONTENT-
My review is this. The mobile game’s content is amazing, compared to the other platforms. And this is coming from a person who’s literally spent more than a 1000+ hours on the PC version of this game. The clothing selections just aren’t on par.

PERFORMANCE-
For being a PC port, the developers have come a long way in making this game as polished as it is for the mobile phone users. And to that end, I give you my respect. However, I do have my usual gripes as most might agree, there is a rampant reign of hackers in the community that needs to be snuffed out.

COMMUNITY-
As great features such as “CREW” and “CLANS” are, it still lacks in a sense, that it doesn’t help you bond with the actual community. They just simply are not integrated well enough. And forget about the chat feature, considering how horrible it is. All you get is a bombardment of “invite” spams and “bot” advertisement of exploits and cheats. Simply put; it feels like separate departments were put in charge of a social feature of the game, and never collaborated to interact or integrate with one another.

CRATES-
As an average consumer. The monetary exchange for outfits in the game is personally outrageous. Despite this, the investment that I have made is to support this game that I enjoy playing so much. Nonetheless, the amount you pay for certain clothing is still insane. You would have to spend at least 20-40 real world dollars for a decent outfit. And crates are not even worth buying anymore. But to be more specific, if chance is a factor for you getting a particular item, forget about it. Any form of gamble will ultimately leave you broke, and out of time to get what you want as the next rotation of items replace the current ones.

TEAM COMMS-
Team speak communications is still horrible. And no better if you were using a headset or phone speaker. That’s mainly because of what happens to your in-game sound. The sound gets muffled when you want to hear other people speak, and gets even more muffled when you turn your microphone on. It’s that bad. Which is the only reason why most competitive players, opt to using third party applications as a source of communication among teammates. But that causes additional stress on the phone, unless you were using a separate device to talk with your friends.

OVERALL-
Still by far the best mobile battle royale game I’ve played so far. For simple reasons.

- Easy to get into, especially if you’re a beginner. And extremely competitive at higher ranks.
- Not overly complicated with other features and controls. Appropriate for average phone users.(No building, No powers, just raw suvival)
- The devs has improved the performance of the game, so it can even run on a potato. Hopefully they can improve both the performance and graphics even further.
- Team Speak Feature, could be better but at least it’s there.

One last gripe, I feel that the game devs has focused their attention in R&D to provide the players with lots of content. Which I personally love about the game. However, I also feel a strong lack of customer/player support. Which is a disappointment.

Some of the generic developer response in other reviews is proof of this. Seems like templates that’s just simply copy and pasted.

I used to love this game and how it was my everyday game to play.
Now I just don’t get the fact how I get killed behind WALLS.
This game is really just on a whole different level of overrated. I always crouch down and a second later I find myself to see me looking at, “Better luck next time”, and it’s no fun. I used to not get that issue. I play in Asia server from North America and my teammates that also play in Asia from North America do not experience this issue.
I just want to ask why this game is so glitchy. I die behind walls, lag for no certain reason, and there are hackers flooded in this game.
I understand you guys update every season (which is a mistake), and you guys should update every week for patches because there was a bug in Sanhok at Paradise Resort a lot of people seemed to abuse. My friends told me to follow them and the bug was a big issue because people that didn’t know about this that were good and came to Paradise Resort would usually get ambushed when they walked passed the bug.
This is why you guys shouldn’t update every season. One, bug could be abused within that two month span.
Two, you can update the game to test Anti-Cheat systems like VAC.
Three, new content should come out immediately when tested and done to ensure player quality. And lastly, to fix lag and server issues.
PUBG is a great game overall but these flaws stop it from becoming a better one. If you guys fix these bugs and implement a couple of more things, I bet you PUBG will be a better game and we as players will have better game experience.

Edit: I was playing with friends and while I was playing, one of my friends got disconnected and her wifi is fine, she didn’t lose power, has an iPhone XR, and this game is glitchy. I have experienced with this bug and I think you should fix it.
Edit 2: I just saw the BAN list and the news and it’s pathetic how I report hackers and griefers that never get banned. I’ve went to Pecado and I went to the area where there was most people in Pecado. The thing is that the guy threw the grenade at me and it was landed on the roof. I jumped down and the grenade was still on the roof. I don’t know if this is a bug or anything but the grenade KILLED me. The grenade shouldn’t have killed me. It landed on the roof and had some bounce but didn’t fall down. It was STILL on the roof. Even if I jumped a bit late, it still shouldn’t have killed me. I’m pretty sure these guys were hacking because I made absolutely ZERO noise and they knew where we I was and there was only 20 people left in the first zone. They were probably wallhacking.
If you can ban them, it would be much appreciated and I would continue playing PUBG without hackers and no trouble.
Lastly, I always play with hackers or good people on Arena Training. I played with a hacker before with aim hacks and maybe wall hacks as well. The reason why I say this is because the turned the corner and he kept shooting in bursts and we were gone. He hit our heads. He used an AKM while shooting in bursts. No pro does this unless they are trolling or someone is USING hacks.
Hackers are a major problem in this game and I think it should be resolved and the BAN PAN Anti-Cheat System should be improved because it is NOT working. Before you enter the app, your device should be scanned of malicious apps that allow cheats for the player that is using them.
Consider using this idea and don’t hesitate to ask me for ideas because I play other games that have hackers and I’ve seen many hacks in different games. If you want PUBG to be a game with a competitive, fun, and interesting field of playing, you should consider increasing security from hackers and from ruining the game because I’ve been through a game where my team was unstoppable or struggle because of a cheater, I’ve been through games that weren’t fun because of a cheater, and I’ve been through a game that wasn’t interesting because of a cheater.
PUBG has a lot of potential and it starts here by removing the cheaters from the game.

Thank you for a response. When the hacker was first able to log into my 187ĮSINISTER account, that I recognized, around my birthday, November 6 I started contacting customer support through in game. Their responses were not of help for the first few attempts. Finally after repeatedly contacting them they assured me that I could regain control over my account with required account information. I sent them all the required account information and they said that they would get back to me and since then my social media account was removed by the hacker from my 187ĮSINISTER account and now I have no access to the account and/or the previous customer support messages that were associated with that account. I changed all my social media passwords when I realized that someone was able to log into my account, but the hacker had added a Twitter account that I could not remove because of the 21 day period for new social media add. All I need done to secure my account at the time, over a month ago, was for the unknown Twitter account to be removed. I was not given help in time to do so. Every time I logged in it would say unlink unsuccessful as the hacker was trying to remove my Facebook account. He even left messages on my account and when I was able to join a match group with his friends and himself! I sent screenshots of all messages to customer support where he said he would remove my Facebook and get my account banned. First he got my account muted for 1 day, then banned for 1 day, then banned for 3 days, then banned for 7 days for plug-ins that I have and had no idea of even is. He intentionally waited for the 7 day ban that he got the account to coincide with the 7 day unlink process of linked social media accounts and when I tried to log in through my social media account, Facebook, that was linked to my 187ĮSINISTER account on November 22 after the 7 day ban the account was gone and it wanted me to restart and create a new character. I was asking customer support for help the entire time the hacker was doing this and I was not helped. I have a lot of evidence through screenshots of the hacker messaging me and wrongfulness that I continuously sent to customer support since it started and I was not helped. I know PUBG says they try to combat hackers, but my opinion of that has been changed as it seems that they just watched this happen as I was given no real help and feel as though I have wasted ALOT of time, energy, and money on this game and my 187ĮSINISTER account to have it stolen and customer support do nothing about helping a legit, good, loyal, paying customer. My game account, 187ĮSINISTER was hacked into around November 6 and the hacker added a social media account(Twitter) to my account. I was unable to remove the social media account because it had to be linked for 21 days and the hacker logged on daily. After contacting customer service about this their responses were of no help and the hacker went on to use plug ins on my account and get it banned. Banned for 1 day, then 3 days, and finally 7 days. I sent customer service screenshots of the hacker doing this and even screenshots of the hacker in a conversation with me on the game saying he would get my account banned and remove my social media(Facebook) from the account. Customer service ASSURED me that I could get my account back after I sent them all the required account information, which I did, and still was not helped by customer service. As I tried to log in today, after the hacker got my account banned for 7 days, my social media(Facebook) has now been removed by the hacker, which is the 7 day period to remove a linked social media account. Now my account is out of my hands, even with all the verification of my account and that a hacker was trying to steal it, PUBG did nothing to assist me, a customer who has spent a lot of time, energy, and money on this account. Please do not waste your time or money with this game or let your children as PUBG allows hackers to do what they want and will not assist you when your time or hard earned money is in jeopardy!

1. Add tanks! Obviously similar as possible to real life tanks. Can be destroyed by a couple of well placed shots of an Rpg. Make a ton of noise while moving, runs out of gas quickly, and using 1 red gallon of gas brings it up just 10% to make the game balanced. Give it a 50 cal. Turret on top, and 1 machine gun on the front but inside the tank, similar to the tanks of the movie Fury. Add different types of tanks. Fast tanks have less armor but drive faster and can move fast to escape incoming fire, but also have smaller cannons dealing less damage at long range. Add heavy tanks. Such as those used by the Germans in WWII or as shown in the movie Fury. With heavy armor, but move slow( twice the speed of a player sprinting) and have heavy cannons dealing heavy damage at close and long range.

2. Make structures destroyable.
Same concept as in Battlefield games. Houses can only be destroyed by everything, but obviously bullets will take plenty, depending if it’s armor piercing or not, and how the structure is made.
Obviously, like in real life, explosives have the best chance of destroying structures. But also make it so that if an explosion goes of in the open, it creates a small hole, and make it rain dirt, like in the movies. However with the molotov, make it more deadly. Make it if it hits a tree, or grass, or a wood house. Make the fire spread, slowly but deadly.

3. Add more explosives.
Add hidden mines, which players can use shovels to use as melee or hide mines underground. Such as in movies. Deadly to any who step on the, but don’t make them invisible. Make them so people notice the, while on face to face distance.
In real life, mines were so hard to detect that people had to use metal detectors to locate them and desactive them.
Add c4. Which can be placed on any surface to act as a remote detonated granade.
Add claymore mines, which are more for people vs people but their red moving sensors can also detect any type of movement such as vehicles and people.
Add todic acid granades, perfect for getting people off from tanks, or any house that is small. Same smoke radius of the regular smoke granade, but with a yellow color. Which hurts the player 10% health per second. Can only be prevented with special military gas masks. Other effects include blinding for 10 seconds after the player gets off from the smoke, as in real life, people who suffered a mustard gas would have their eyes damaged.
Add electric granades, or EMPS which stun a player for 5 seconds and hurts them for 5% health. However, it immobilizes all vehicles for 1 min.

Add jet packs, in military, or scientific locations,
Jet packs do as the name implies, fly a player to their destination depending on how much fuel they have left. And if shot 3 times, it blows up, dealing 95% damage to the player using it. It’s speed is half of a regular car, but doesn’t have boost. But it can take you to higher places.

Add mounted miniguns in cars. Make them look like those for the movie, where the bad guys just mount a minigun on the back, or top of a car. Obviously one player drives and another fires. This turret already comes with its 200 ammo full, and if a player has more, he/she can reload it. Also, make it so that the player can rip apart the minigun from its turret mode to a hand held mode and to be able to plaice it back, unless the car is destroyed.
And if the players prefer, they can destroy this turret mount, in order to have more sitting space.

Another more realistic thing. When shoot. Make a bleeding effect for 10 seconds. Kind of like rust. That makes a player loose 1% of health a second. But the bleeding effect can be stopped by using a bandage.
In real life, sometimes the bullet doesn’t kill people, but the bleeding. sometimes depends where a person is shot.

Add a melee mode. In which people only use melee. But add many different animations, other than the simple ones you have. Add a block, parry, and assasination animations. Assasination such as the ones from Halo. And make power attacks, which deal more damage but take long to recover from ( time it takes to hit again)

A large majority of people already understand the basic idea behind Battle Royale games like PUBG so I will skip that section of details for time’s sake. I will be focusing more of what makes PUBGM different. I have played Call of Duty Mobile, Fortnite, and a number of other mobile Battle Royale games, but PUBGM is the only one of these I began playing when it was first released and still constantly play today. Since most are more interested in the negative or cons I will begin there. One of my biggest pet peeves from the game is the extreme difficulty when it comes to obtaining outfits or gun, plane, parachute, grenade, etc skins. Not surprisingly you can spend real money to obtain certain “cooler” items if you will within the game and cosmetics play a big part in PUBGM. Many of these outfits can be bought for around 15 dollars, but some very rare ones are also won via “lucky spin” and after 50-100 dollars you may not be feeling too lucky after only receiving coupon scraps for crates (openable boxes that contain skins, outfits, and other cosmetics). There are also upgradable gun skins that have extremely rare hit effects and enemy loot box skins that are won in the same fashion with “lucky spins.” I have been attempting to get one particular skin of the many upgradable gun skins in game for two years (the only one that can be found in crates that are obtainable for free) however, even if I did win this gun skin, in order to upgrade it to include all the effects I would be forced to spend money to buy upgrade materials. In conclusion, you can find several gun skins that are obtainable for free, but PUBGM is heavily supported by the countless ways to spend money for cosmetics. Besides very minuscule and insignificant personal grievances with some of PUBGM’s features, this is the only issue I have with the game. Moving on to what sets this game apart is the feel and actual gameplay. I should note that none of the buyable cosmetics have any affect on actual gameplay. The gameplay feel of PUBGM is very interesting as depending on how much of a hardcore player you are or not there is a place for you within the game. Every person is going to have a different play style and sometimes to win you have to switch it up mid game. Most of the classic mode battles you will play (depending on the map) is not as fast paced as some of the other games out there. You may find yourself waiting and desperately searching in a sniper vs sniper scenario as “find your enemy before they find you” is the difference between winning and losing. On the other hand, you can be in a close quarters city fight inside a group of buildings with your squad beside you and you have a couple of seconds to react once you hear another squad nearby. Do you stay still and wait for a surprise attack? Do you move to the rooftops and attack from above? Do you spilt up and try to flank? There are so many different strategies that have more impact on winning and losing than other games of this type. Making the right decision when it comes down to the end is a surprisingly hectic, but rewarding feeling when you pull off that win. Anyone who has played PUBGM for a while can tell you the feeling when it comes down to the final circle, you’re the last survivor on your team, and it’s up to you to eliminate the final two player left on an enemy squad. You may think I am kidding, but your heart begins pounding, your palms get sweaty, and you couldn’t be more focused on trying to find the win if you tried. Another aspect I appreciate about PUBGM over other games is the guns and how each one is beneficial in certain situations. Unlike what you find in Call of Duty Mobile where someone with a fully upgraded gun should easily overpower someone who hasn’t unlocked the attachments, in PUBGM, granted there are fewer, all attachments are available and for beginners, in my opinion, are much less confusing. The way PUBGM’s gameplay is allows for a much more balanced sniper gameplay too. There is only one sniper in the game that can one-shot someone with a level three helmet if you get a headshot called the AWM. That being said, I can’t tell you how many times I have killed players with lower damage sniper rifles that can be found more commonly that may only one shot kill level two helmets and below. Don’t let me fool you however, as this happens vice-versa just as often, but this is one example of many as to how the guns, despite some being better on the stat card, are only as good as the person behind it. I could go on and on a write a five page essay, but I’ll stop here and say this, PUBGM is my favorite game to hop on with my friends and play hardcore or just mess around talking and driving our cars over cliffs. PUBGM is a game I do not see myself quitting any time soon.

As a final note since I see many others who have complained about hackers, the developers of PUBGM have greatly improved the security system against hackers and allows players like myself to become investors which allows me to personally review players who were reported. Multiple investors like myself get to review these videos and send them on to official security personnel for further review if we do happen to find any questionable or cheating behavior.

PUBG developers are cheaters and this game is full of scam! They use you as a filler-target to entertain and satisfy their rich players! It’s not hackers! - it’s their rich players who spend lots of money on skins, weapons and cars! Money hungry PUBG developers make sure they stay alive no matter how many times you shoot them, disclose your location to them, move you out behind the cover for them, make their moving speed 2x faster than yours and fly around their cars so they can get their chicken dinner at the end! Wherever money hungry Tencent involved that game turns into pay to win cheating scam game! - Check out Call Of Duty; same developers cheating there in a same manner! SHAME ON YOU TENCENT!

UPDATE 09/29
Yesterday I killed three cheaters who I encountered in most of the solo battle royale matches. Two of them constantly uses wall hacks and x-ray vision and one bugs. Due to the fact that I acted smarter and faster riding bike than them their cheating didn’t help them. We all four end up in the same location near the airdrop with few milliseconds difference. First I killed one with the x-ray sniper rifle, than second with the x-ray assault riffle, then third one with the bugs enlarged me 10x larger then my original size and I had no choice to jump of from the bike behind the cover and my movements slow down, but still was able to turn and shot her. I had to put on her three magazines full of 5,56 mm NATO with my M4A1 or else she was refusing to die. Only after I killed her and got back on bike my size shrunk back to normal. All three had expensive skins on them and as the punishment I looted their clothings one after another. - I’m sure they were watching in grieve and frustration that I had their chicken dinner they don’t deserve. When I track back their origins turns out it’s IP address of Tencent Binhai Mansion (Chinese: 腾讯滨海大厦), or Tencent Seafront Towers, are twin skyscrapers in Houhai, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. And these three bots are run into the game by CCP supporting corporate developers. Due to South-Asia and US are having tensions with CCP, PBUG developers who’re also a CCP agents started this campaign mostly in North-American and European servers to suppress our military spirit deceiving us that we’re unable to win the battle and no matter what strategy we use we lose. I believe next battle royale should be on real map in South-China Sea with Aircraft Carriers and F/A 18 Super Hornet fighter jets involved. Common bring it on CCP! Naval Warfare and Dogfight this is what I do!

Update 09/30
After I started to hunt-down their cheat-bots prior engaging with other players now CCP agent Tencent developers started a new cheat; yesterday I was ambushed in solo battle royale in one of the villages by five cheat-bots and they were not shooting at each other but only targeting me, but bad for them I killed all five of them one after another. And when at the end there left only three fair players and end up in the forest in triangle having good sniper fight Tencent suddenly kills me claiming I died outside of the safe-zone, though my health was max and we all three were inside the safe-zone. I wasn’t even wounded; opposite hit another sniper, but not sure if he died or still was alive. - As soon I hit him they claimed I died outside of safe-zone. Also on other matches now they shrink safe-zone 3x faster; I couldn’t make it even on high speed bikes and cars. - Out of 10 matches while I was close to victory 9 battles I was killed outside of safe-zone.

PUBG Tencent recently published it’s list of “banned cheater players” but don’t be fooled it’s fake list and typical CCP propaganda. The real cheaters are still there no matter how many times they were reported and caught on livestream. PUBG Tencent is not interested in banning them, cause those cheaters are CCP agents and they bribe PUBG Tencent with huge amount of money. Their Livik map is completely CCP cheater infected. Or jump in the town in the middle of Sanhok and try survive 3 minutes from CCP cheaters. Yesterday I won twice chicken dinner on that map after hunting down all cheaters; nine of those killed were Chinese nationals and had CCP flag attached to them. After the match was over I intentionally looted energy drink of the final CCP cheater’s body and facing to the camera stood tall and drank it as celebration then shot all my bullets from my assault rifle and smg in the air. And when went back to lobby there was notification to befriend them and join their CCP cheater clan. But I ignored and deleted all.

CONCLUSION
Don’t download the app to avoid your device to be hacked by CCP agents and your personal information stollen and avoid CCP agency surveillance. Don’t waste your money on battle pass and crates. If you already have the PUBG Tencent app or software, uninstall and clear your cache or completely reset your device. Both Apple and Google must ban PUBG Tencent and all it’s apps as malicious software and National Security threat and immediately remove it. PUBG Tencent PC version must be banned all over US, Europe and South Asia as malicious software and National Security threat as well. COD Activision must cut off their ties with Tencent since it’s infiltrated CCP agency. I did so already; deleted the PUBG app from my devices and cleared their caches.

I’ll start by saying that I have come to really enjoy this game down to its very heart but I can’t deal with the recent issues that this game has and I’ll add solutions to fixing thesePeople camping, hackers imminent in almost every lobby, people stealing other player’s accounts, snaking in Sanhok (people hiding in the grass for kills). Solution: make the grass smaller in sanhok to prevent people from hiding in the grass, same with erangel. Low silver cost, (25 silver per day via 5,000 bp). Solution: make the bp count for silver the same meaning 50 silver should be 5,000 bp. Low bp count in matches, Solution: should be raised to 1000 bp instead of 600). More special crate opportunities, Solution: add more special events with crate coupon unlocks as there are far too many clothes to unlock via special crate coupons). Low fog and general visibility in sanhok and high contrast maps like livid and erangel, Solution: Increase the render distance to spot enemies easier like reducing the amount of fog or implementing a feature to increase render distance. Fix audio gun sound synchronization with Bluetooth devices. Solution: make the gun sounds echo properly from left to right. Increase internet bandwidth on server side for more stable connection in matches. Weapon attachments not handling properly. (Compensator having more recoil at less range and flash hider having a higher recoil reduction at same range. Solution, correct the weapon attachments stats at said range to make them more reliable and please do a recheck of the grip stats to ensure that weapon handling stats did not glitch, drop and/or raise. Sensitivity settings changing constantly in every match, Solution, update the overall game settings sensitivity to keep it locked to that certain sensitivity that the player uses in matches. Fix the loading times for all matches including Erangel, Sanhok, Mirimar, and Krakidin. Solution, connect all players/clients to the same server thus decreasing the amount of time that it takes to load into a match. Weapon upgrades like the DBS, AKM, SLR, MK14, Mk47 Mutant, S6S6, Uzi, M16A4, and the Groza should have a variety of changes including weapon damage decrease on the DBS, SLR, S6S6, M16A4, and the Uzi, recoil reduction applied to the Groza, SLR, MK14, AKM and weapon fire rate should be increased for the DBS, SLR, Mk47 Mutant, S6S6 and the M16A4. Additional quality upgrades: Add a hue color for a red dot sight personal color change. Allow players the option to back up their settings and game progress. Fix the 4x scope to be a regular 8x scope with the 4 milidots in a smaller version of the design when applied to snipers. Increasing characters on the text board for longer messages via in match or lobby. (200 characters instead of 64). Flying faster across the map when free gliding. Giving the option to cut parachute when in imminent danger. (Only on low ground) make grenades have a larger blast radius and revert the damage back to its original value. Make smoke grenades last longer and have a greater quality effect when used Using gyroscope to steer vehicles instead of using controls. Make the hero crates have more rare items applied to them instead of duplicated owned items. Dropping items after 10 minutes of not using them. Increase the brightness to 200 instead of 150. Add different high contrast blood colors: blue, purple, light red, white, and black. Add a quick turn around feature with one press of a button for quick engagements. Enemies hiding in less populated areas should receive less tier points and bp points. Add a quick grip attachment for easy conveniency. Add a knock down feature mode in classic solo mode for when an enemy kills you, you pull out a pistol and try to finish him off on the ground, if the enemy player is killed, the person can use a med bag to heal and revive themself. Apply the 8x scope to rifles instead of excluding it to sniper rifles. Make the duo and squad revive system go fraction of a second faster to revive someone. Fog should have more visibility when appeared in sanhok. Add a pouch pocket for when storage is full in backpack to store extra items. Capacity: 50. Add more t-shirt events to the game. Add the MG3 from the pubg console version and add it to mobile version. Make the crossbow have a 1 hit kill regardless of vest. Make fog appear in Mirimar and Erangel more frequently. Add a player list menu in the pause menu to display all the player names including their characters stats as well as their physical 3D character for easier identification of hackers/modders. Allow a IP ban across players who are a returning offender of hacking or modding and making the system be able to detect their recent hacks, mods, or cheats. (This will stop people from making new accounts to hack and mod the game and make the game experience a lot more fun and safe. Have crate coupons give less chance of getting a duplicated item and give it a 5% focus increase on clothing rather than other miscellaneous items. Have players not lose any tier points if they are idle in early game and die without making a single movement. The game should prompt the player letting them know their vest is damaged when it’s armor has reached less than 100%. Forbid players from being able to rank up via health restoration by taking damage in the blue zone for more legitimate matches. Tier points should have a lessened negative deduction system towards players when dying to a glitch or bug in the game that caused them to get killed. Add a more intelligent universal marking system like displaying a pointer when pressing the universal marker and pressing it again to confirm the selected item. Add a notification on screen when someone is approaching the player instead of the mini map displaying the notification. And lastly, please fix the overall quality and experience of the game as these issues are what are affecting these positives for the game in its enjoyable aspect of pubg mobile. PLEASE FIX!

Besides, the reasons behind the ban were pretty confusing. Since i didn’t team up or played with cheaters and hackers and i didn’t do anything that breaks the game’s rules, I could not accept and understanding why my account was banned. Because i am one of the investigators in PUBG MOBILE with 251 Verified Cases and also I spent more than 1000 $ in my account there is 10K UC in the moment still in my account because i want to open in the godzilla AWM skin. How can i cheats or break your rules and i am one of your best players and supporters for more than 2 years that’s impossible.

This game has its ups and downs. On one hand, it is very very entertaining, the thrill of getting your first win is a feeling that money cannot buy. However, it is shadowed by the long load time (3~5 minutes) and the intense lag throughout matches. You will be shooting a guy and in a blink of an eye, he/she one shots you while you are currently wearing a LEVEL 3 HELMET. The weapon system is absolute nonsense, the lag is ridiculous, this game is very broken. I’ve played this game since launch, and the new update completely ruined it. “THE AWM IS THE STRONGEST SNIPER RIFLE IN THE GAME” yet when you use it, it takes 3 shots to THE HEAD. Just buff the weapons okay. If you say the AWM sniper is the strongest gun in the game, make it! They say this is a “realistic” shooter but I don’t see the realism. Oh and don’t even get me started on the intense crashes and lag on the home screen. I don’t know if it’s because I have a IPhone 6 but still, it should run smoothly. Another thing, I refuse to spend money on these little buck things on crates so I can get some cosmetic item. There should be a way to convert your BP into another currency but considering how every single developer on the App Store is emptying my wallet faster than a piggy bank being broken, I’d say the odds are 1 out of 10,000. I love this game but just fix the game overall.

Side note: fix the bugs, glitches and overall game, I should not be launching 500 feet in the air after my bike hits another vehicle. This game is just agitating and aggravating. Also, if you have an armor system, make it actual armor because it feels like I’m wearing a tin foil hat when I put on a level 3 helmet yet my opponent is wearing a helmet made out of VIBRANIUM when they are wearing a level one helmet. If you want a game that will get your blood pressure up and make you question every single decision you’ve made, this is the game for you.

Perhaps I’ve been too harsh in this review. Let me discount what I said before and perhaps explain this in another way. I’m sure you can understand my frustration about this, as I’ve been banned and I’m not sure why it occurred. I’d like to say that I’m an honest person who doesn’t engage in cheating or anything of the sort. The only thing I would suggest is that there would be a reasonable and ethical way to submit a claim and dispute an account ban. I totally understand the fact that cheaters are not in any way acceptable, and their presence damages the integrity of the game. This indeed should be taken seriously, and I do not discount this. I only am disappointed that pubg doesn’t allow for banned players to dispute claims. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been wrongfully banned. I’m sure I’m not going to be the last either. I only ask for a reasonable way to contact pubg customer support and be able to talk to a real person. Mistakes happen. This isn’t a perfect world, and I expect there to be mistakes and errors. I only ask that pubg makes a way for players to get their accounts back when mistakes like these happen. Currently, there is no way to contact customer support as far as I know, and this is frustrating.

Hi, I’ve played this game since it came out, but I recently just got banned. I’ve never cheated in my life, nor do I even know how to cheat. I recently had an amazing end of game pan kill, and I suspect that out of anger, the opposing player reported me. Anyway, long story short, I just lost my account that I’ve put some money into, and I’m frustrated. There is no way to contact customer support about this. Customer support is NOT a priority here, and I can’t talk to anybody from customer support about this issue. Every time I try to contact someone, I get an automated bot that shuts me down and won’t allow me to explain my case. Sad day

This is a review after playing PUBG Mobile for over 100+ hours and getting over 50 chicken dinners. I’ve been around the PC version since November and people who have been around know what PUBG entails.. Down below are 3 main things that make this game not enjoyable and essentially becomes loot simulator 2018 for mobile. After looting for 10 minutes and waiting 10 more minutes for another player to come your way because the ranking system rewards people for sitting and waiting for half an hour. Even if you drop hot, you’ll be lucky to kill 5 players that aren’t bots

1. Terrible server performance- 200-700 ping even in your native server region, the devs do not care about improving their servers and it’s a shame. The server tick rate is so horrendous that you will only be notified that you’ve taken damage after the enemy has already fired 3 shots into you. In shooter games that delay is unacceptable and after writing my concerns to the support team months ago nothing has changed. You still get shot when you’re behind cover for a full 3 seconds, your character still experiences rubber banding, this is a terrible TERRIBLE user experience.

2. BUGS- The game has so many bugs you end up having to put up with when playing. One being the slowed movement when scoping in and out. Slowed running when servers are lagging. Unable to move when in prone. Vaulting bugs. Massive frame drops. People teleporting across the screen. People strafing unbelievably fast. So much more that isn’t named here.

3. The game crashes literally 5 or more times in a row upon loading the app and this is not an exaggeration.

I had fun for the first 80 or so games but after a while this game starts to really gnaw at your patience and how much you would be willing to put up with. It’s not fun anymore and almost always leaves me bitter afterwards.

Rules of survival did a great job with it being a genuinely smooth experience overall. I can not say the same thing for PUBGM.

I have played this game for more than a year, from March to be exact. I play from both my phone and my gameloop emulator. Yesterday I got kicked out while in a middle of the game. I tried to log back on. It said I need to upgrade to the latest version, which is already the up-to-date version. I felt strange but i still tried to update. After a while, I logged back on, it said my account was frozen by abnormalities detected by my emulator. Then i realized was banned for 3 months. That’s ridiculous. I tried to knock all doors, asking for help from someone’s in charge, but all I get was just the robot answering machine. Due to the quarantine time causing by pandemic, I got more time to train hard in order to play better, I got Ace rank last season and also this current. Now it is all stripped out. I feel so depressed, not only for losing my account for three months, but also got treated as a cheater. It’s so unfair knowing that I dedicated my time to become a better player. I also spend my money to upgrade skins and royal pass as well. The customer’s service is really sucked. No helps you could get. All your efforts would be wiped just like that. There are a lot of cheaters in game, you could detect it, report it, but they still play while you are an honest player like me or any other honest players could be treated the same way. Consider twice when you want to pay this game, especially when you love it, want to dedicate your time and money into it. I really want to give this game a five stars as I normally do for any apps that I love, I dont want to be that guy who write a bad review for a product, but for what I experienced so far, I feel so terrible. It’s so disappointed. All my in-game’s now think I am a cheater. It’s ridiculous when I always play with integrity, tell my friends that I hate cheaters in this game, and they banned me as a cheater for an very general reason without proofs. Take it or not, think about it. One day you might be a victim for that kind of BS.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE - As I’ve noted before, the first person solo option works great for about a week after an update. This time it didn’t even make it that long before the estimated wait times were back up to 6 minutes or longer. Let’s be honest, if the wait time is longer than 3 minutes don’t waste your time. It will go until 7 minutes then ask if you want to continue waiting. My new game is to see how many games of online pool I can play before I finally give up. Last night I let it cycle for 45 minutes like that and never connected. This all applies to the solo version. If I wanted to play in third person or duo & team it will work fine but solo first person just doesn’t happen now.

UPDATE- Nothing has changed. I was contacted by their techsupport via email. I emptied the cache, deleted the game and reinstalled it, and used the repair function within the game. Still impossibly long wait times to get on if at all. The first few weeks after a new season begins its great. I’ve moved up the rankings and it’s going great. Once you’re in the top 500 though you can no longer get on. I was playing every morning before work but now I try every few days. I give it maybe a month before I give up on it completely.

I actually really like this game. I prefer the first person perspective (FPP) over the third person perspective (TPP). I really like playing the solo version. Here’s where the game suffers. When you try to start a FPP game in the solo format it gives an estimated wait time. I’ve tried different times of day and different maps but the results are the same. It times out after seven minutes of trying to connect. This is not always the case. For a few days at the beginning of each season it works fabulously. Then promptly goes back into connection limbo. If I wanted to play the TPP or FPP duo/squad the I could get in soonish. At this point I’ve given up on actually playing the game and simply send trouble reports since it’s been roughly a week since I could play the solo version.

After playing this game every single day for the past few years, I have finally had enough. There is a cheater in EVERY match, and I can’t even make it past Gold 1. I shouldn’t have to worry about being seen through objects, but every single one of these, no-skill, cheating scrubs has that particular mod. The last TEN games that I’ve played has had a cheater that ruins the game for everyone else. FIX THIS BROKEN GAME. Oh wait. That’s right. PUBG executives don’t actually care about a solution as long as the money keeps flowing in. It’s pathetic, but what really bothers me the most is knowing that my reports either aren’t being taken seriously or aren’t even processed. I know that because the achievement for a successful report against a cheater still hasn’t been completed. THAT’S RIGHT NEWCOMERS AND OTHERS WHO ARE CONTEMPLATING DOWNLOADING THIS NIGHTMARE... CHEATING IS SO PREVALENT THAT THERE IS AN ACTUAL ACHIEVEMENT FOR REPORTING A MODDER.

As someone who has spent WAY too much money on this over the past few years, I couldn’t be more unhappy with this game over the last couple of weeks.

Food for thought for the, “Developers” of PUBG... continually pushing new features without fixing the old ones doesn’t make the game any better. HOW ABOUT SPENDING SOME OF THE $3,000,000,000 THAT PUBG IS WORTH ON ANTI-CHEATING MEASURES.

I have played since season 2 and always enjoyed the game. However in the last month or so it is taking 15 minutes or longer to match. After it goes about 6 minutes it says try disabling match by language, I have done that, no help. Sometimes it goes the max 20 minutes and makes me start matching all over. Yesterday I managed to get into one match in an hour of waiting! I have contacted them through every available channel and they don’t even respond. I purchase Elite Royal Pass almost every season, but they don’t have time to respond to a longtime loyal customer. So frustrating. Maybe COD mobile will treat me better, guess I will have to download it. Update. While I appreciate you contacting me, your suggestion that I contact in game support is not helpful. Perhaps you missed this in my review but I have contacted every channel of in game support several times and not once have they responded. You said matching time may depend on the number of players available and the map chosen. As mentioned, I have been playing since season 2. A long wait for a match in all these seasons was 5 or 6 minutes. So no, something has changed. Today I attempted to match for the max 20 minutes, was sent back to the start screen, and in 14 more minutes I had a match (34 minutes in all). I have also contacted Kraftons customer support. They responded that they were in South Korea and therefore there was a language barrier. I responded and said very simply, how do I contact North American customer support. Their response? You have reached South Korean support, there may be a language barrier. So while, as mentioned, I appreciate your response, I am nowhere nearer to resolution of this issue than I was a month ago. Very disappointed in PUBG

So I was a sucker and bought RP Elite again. Immediately after purchasing it I have now waited unsuccessfully for 3 separate 20 minute cycles in a row (1 HOUR) without a match).

Hey guys, first off I want to say that I am giving this game one star but not because it runs or plays bad. The game graphically is good, mechanics are good and it plays wonderfully. However my one star comes from my experience in this game. The way I’ll start is by addressing the big issue in this game with cheaters and people who use esp to make life horrible for normal players. Second I’d like to say that this could be avoided if you guys wouldn’t pool us iOS players with android players who have much easier access to these files. The second thing is how inhospitable this game is for casual gamers. When I first began this game I enjoyed the balance in matches I had, I was paired with people who were on my level, I won some matches and lost some matches but overall the experience was fun and rewarding. Now I barely enter a map and I get shot at by people who are way beyond my skill or people who are possibly using cheats or files to get the upper hand or controllers. This has really affected my enjoyment in this game because I do like this game but it’s too hard now. Other games offer unranked matches which helps in dividing the pool into more relaxed gameplay and not having to deal with excessive players. Also I’ve noticed other games having much better matching, if you lose let’s say 9 out of the last 10 matches or so you are placed in a pool of players who did the same and so it become more matched that way. What you guys are doing is creating a game with very harsh competitive pools, you have 1 or 5 very good players up against the rest who are casuals, this causes the game to start very easy for them as they accumulate more kills and also doesn’t help them grow as players and or us casuals because us casuals are constantly getting killed and the better players are constantly only having to deal with easy kills. My point is the matching should just be better please or please add the unranked mode already before I lose patience with this game. Thank you, besides that I don’t have an issue with the game, it’s got good crates, rewards and tons of side content, just please cater to the casual gamer as well as these pros that’s all I’m asking, thanks.

This is software that would be fun to play if not for the fact is is overrun with cheaters. You have cheaters at every level. Play Solo, you have people playing as a team together against you. Play Duo with a friend, have two Duo teams (4 people) play against you. And that doesn’t include the myriad of hacks.

They can locate you anywhere on the map, shoot through walls, kill you with one shot from a crappy rifle that normally takes six to eight, they can fly farther, run faster, run silently, and have perfect aim. Worst part, I see these cheats pretty much daily and often multiple times a day.

PUBG says that they are working to prevent cheating. I do not believe that to be true. They know when players who are enemies are running together, yet, the program doesn’t catch these cheaters.

Until they take a serious stance against the abuse of cheaters, this game will remain more frustrating than fun.

Update: Got tired of PUBG paying lip service to the cheaters. I’m taking off this season after five straight ACE seasons. If I come back to the excessive cheating that is clearly increasing yearly, I’ll be done with all Tencent games. PUBG programmers can download the same cheats and exploits players are using. They could study how they access the game feeds and track it based on the footprint the code leaves. But to do that, the folks at PUBG would have to care first.

Update: In regards to Tencent’s response they don’t tolerate cheating, of course they do because the clearly place the burden to catch cheaters on individual PLAYERS, not their programmers. One player can catch 1-4 players per game cheating IF they know what they are looking for. That becomes a report. Nothing happens with that report that is in anyway transparent. Tencent Games only provides a redacted listing of cheaters who are caught, one that makes individual tracking of cheaters impossible, thus, no way to verify if any action was ever taken.

The hacks are EASILY available. Tencent could have a department that uses all the current hacks and comes up with a method of identifying each as they attempt to manipulate the game’s data steam. Do they? Know. They put the burden on the individual player instead, as you can see by their canned response to the massive pushback they are getting from frustrated players.

I really like this game and I play it almost every day. Also I like cosmetics in games and frequently buy them thinking that I’ll get something and in return help the game/company out too. But here is where I have a major isssue with pubg. No other games rips off customers like pubg mobile has started doing . I have played millions of games with micro transactions and I know it’s not the best system but no system is so rigged against the customer like the pubg system. Basically even after spending 30-50 dollars u don’t get a single item. It essentially feels u pouring money down the toilet and this is extremely unfair. When I’m spending money on the game I would like to have something in return. No one wants to throw money away like how pubg is ripping ppl. You have a chance of less than 0.5% to get a Mythic or legendary item. So basically after spending 300 dollars to buy 100 loot crates u won’t even get 1 mythic or legendary item which is beyond belief. Also epic items have a probability of around 16%. So I tested this theory by buying 50 crates. According to probability I should have gotten atleast 8 epic items. But guess how many I got? zero! This is totally not acceptable! I spend money in all games like overwatch gears etc but u get what u pay for . The prices may be high but atleast u get something in return. Pubg just basically scams and robs u of ur money and u get nothing in return which I have a major issue with. No one wants common and useless items which u can get with game credits for real money! So please pubg u need to change this system otherwise loyal customers like me would be forced to leave. I’ve spent more than 400 on the game and now I feel like it was totally not worth it.
So pubg here is my humble idea. There should be at-least a guaranteed epic item in the crate with less chance of mythic and legendary but buying crates and getting nothing and duplicates in return is absolutely unacceptable!
I’ve still given 5 stars coz I really like the game but soon I would be forced to change that and maybe even leave the game for good, if it keeps going on like this.
Edit: rather than listening to feedback pubg has the audacity to increase the prices of their broken loot crates. So I’m changing my 5 stars rating to 1 star and I’ll be leaving the game soon if it keeps like this.

I’ll start by saying I enjoy playing this game. My stars are largely based off of the in app purchases. The only reason it’s getting a second star is because of the game play. I have been playing for 2 years now, but am starting to get fed up with purchase odds.

Playing the game is free, but after a while you want to get the “cool guy gear” to play with. There are a lot of simple items that are easy to obtain for free, but the fancier stuff costs money and a lot of luck. Such as clothes, vehicles, planes, guns that cause a different smoke, death create, etc. here is where I get upset:

- Fancy items are each found in individual crates that can be purchased, or occasionally earned through achievements. The “cool guy gear” is located with a bunch of useless gear in each create.

- You cannot choose what gear you want to purchase, it’s all up to the “random luck god”

- For example I wanted a fancy gun that offers the holder to have different smoke when shooting, 3 upgraded looks, new death crate, and a few others. It was on a random spin wheel with 11 other objects, not too bad of odds right? Let me explain what happened, after my 200th spin I earned the gun I wanted, because it was a guarantee after 200 spins.

- The costs of crates, or spins in my case above, range between 60-120 UC ($1-$2 or a little less if you purchase allot at once). So in my scenario above, I spent nearly $200 for a gun that can be upgraded. Now guess what, you have to get materials to upgrade said weapon. See how that went for me below.

- My gun, that cost me a fortune to win, can be upgraded up to six times to earn additional traits. Each upgrade requires special materials in order to do so. I recently decided to try and “WIN” a specific material that I need 4 of to get to the 3rd upgrade (they get more expensive the higher they go). There was a special create containing the material I needed along with 28 other possibilities, I opened approximately 8,200 UC worth of crates (little over 120) and got 0! Materials I needed. But luckily after 60 crates I get a lucky crate that has only 3 objects (awesome new gun, material I needed, and worthless paint cans). So I got two “Lucky” crates. I’m sure you you can guess what my luck creates contained (I’ve got extra paint now).

So to wrap up my vent session, play the game it’s fun. But don’t expect to get any products that are cool, unless you have a lot of money to waste.

First off, I would like to state I really enjoy playing this game. Many games don’t hold my attention for longer than 5 mins before I’m bored. However I can play PUBG for hours and not get bored. So why one stars? Well, I spent a good amount of money for weapons that apparently were a limited time. Why would you allow temporary weapons even AFTER we purchase. The biggest reason is how expensive it is. I’ve signed up for everything, Prime, Prime Plus, weakly weapons… and I don’t feel like I get much for my money. UC (In-game currency) is so expensive I will NEVER buy it. Example, BLACKPINK finally released items to CHEER with, and a ‘Pink Plane’ is 1000UC, which is near $25 each! I’m also NOT receiving my 50UC the subscription page states I get, but every day it states I collected it WITHOUT me collecting it. I signed up for this because of the BP Virtual Concert. I won’t be able to get ANY OF THE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS BECAUSE THERE IS A COMPETITION! Shame on YG Entertainment and PUBG. Don’t believe I’ll be playing anymore after the concert ends. New review: BLACKPINK & PUBG MOBILE, thanks for a horrible gaming experience. The shop has items that are discounted, Pink Plane is 800 (plus a coupon that dropped it to 750) versus 1000, I spend money on it, and literally after a three WEEKS, I’m told those discounted items are for FRIENDS ONLY (Not because I’m a Prime Plus Member like it states), and it’s NOWHERE on the page. My refund was rejected telling me all sales are final and I will have to spend MORE money on something that should’ve been CHEERED with. The event is now over and I STILL was NOT helped, told the SAME information over and over. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER CARE. There are plenty of games nowadays that actually care about the players, I’m gonna go find something else. I will NEVER get onto this app again. FINAL REVIEW: PUBG responded to my review, stating they are “sorry” and to “contact support”. So I contacted them for the 18th-20th time, and the first response I got went straight to a business thing and gave me emails to contact their business department… I did it again and got “We already made our decision, sorry”. DONT PLAY THIS GAME! They will take your money and NEVER help you when it’s THEIR ISSUE! I suggest Apple look into this game and SHUT IT DOWN! I finally disputed the transaction (after Apple rejected it), because of THEIR error and not helping, and now I’m no longer able to make purchases. LITERALLY! I have to reopen a new card and all now!

Player Unknown’s Battleground

While Player Unknown’s Battleground has faired well on the market and continues to develop new maps, clothing, and events, this game has one major flaw. Today is June 13 and as of two weeks ago this game has been overrun by cheaters and hackers. Personally, I enjoy the gameplay. However, every match I enter—no matter the server region or map—will have a cheater or hacker in it, guarenteed. Futhermore, I find the large number of reports I sent through the reporting feature in this game have either gone unchecked or unanswered. I have played games in the shooter-action genre for a long time (notably 10+ years), so I have an excellent eye for spotting cheating or hacking against myself or other players. Recent hacks I have noticed are:

1) Automatic Aim-where a player can lock on to anyone in the vicinity instantly and either headshot or bodyshot with ease of not having to aim with their fingers.

2) Boosted Health or Godmode-where a player has several stacks of lives, bonus health (beyond 100%), rapid (faster than medical items in game) healing, increased damage resistance (beyond max vest and helmet protection), and total invinciblity to all forms of damage (even bluezone damage).

3) Instant Weaponry or Modded Weapons-where a player lands with gear and guns or their choosing (similar to the computer bots, but as a sentinent player), or where a player with a bolt-action or semi-auto gun (such as the Kar98) is transformed into a fully automatic gun (infinite clip with no reload needed).

4) Walls Disappear-where a player uses a modificaton to the game to make terrain and walls disappear for a clear view of enemies behind cover or within a building. The player may be able to ignore walls and appear to shoot through walls, rocks, trees, and vehicles from the opposition’s perspective.

5) Weapons Fly Futher than Max Distance-where a player throws a grenade that either A) auto-seeks a target and detonates (usually an instant kill) or B) flies futher than the red line that guides a thrown grenade.

6) Undermapping-where one or more players gain access to the underside of the map (under the ground or inside a mountain) and hide beyond another’s view/playing field.

I would recommend Player Unknown’s Battleground to ban any suspected cheating or hacking right away. As someone who enjoys this game, I would recommend purchasing this game, yet understand that no matter how skilled you are or become someone may kill you in a questionable manner.

If you’re not battle royal-ing these days then you honestly need to re-evaluate your life and try to find out at what point you took such a miserable turn and forgot how to have fun or better yet live life! No there are no walls in this game like some of its fruity (insert A Word) competitors. Why? Because that’s not life bruh. I’m so frustrated upset and angry with my game I don’t know what to do with myself anymore. I can’t believe I’m going to say this but I’m actually considering moving to some thing else like maybe call of duty mobile. This game is so unfair with his purchases it’s ridiculous these days three years ago $.10 you were nobody we built you into somebody and now you wanna treat us like we don’t exist? This is absolutely ridiculous. To top everything off I went ahead and started paying because I like to be at the top but even once I started paying youAre still consistently choosing to treat me like crap if I’m paying the plane and giving you the freaking couple hundred dollars you want every two freaking months mind you because you guys are so ridiculous that’s what you made your seasons then what the hell I shouldn’t struggle at any point ever to get close to get wins I know how to play this game I’m a veteran. To all the people reading this and other reviews... a lot of people don’t know what they are talking about. Let me just say that hackers have been around since season 2 not season 8. Hackers have been ruining pubg since season 2 and they won’t do anything about it. Let me start by saying why the heck did you guys take out infection mode. You guys never said you were going to take it out to add a new mode. I love playing infection with my friends and so do a lot of people and now it’s gone great. Def getting 1 star for that. Total d*** move. I really cannot believe you devs took out infection that’s really messed up and not really smart on your part.

This game is soooo laggy when we first parachute it throws us into the ground and glitches out making us slow and when we are driving the car glitches super slow and teleports to a different location fix this broken game already?

Seriously need to make the M-16 fully automatic. How is this the only weapon that’s not fully automatic. Every other gun has burst semi and full auto but not the m-16? Makes no sense.

I don’t like the small weapon choice selection and how long you publishers take just to bring one lousy gun in the game. Why can’t you bring like five new guns every update. Why do you keep making us wait for 1 gun. You already get enough money and I feel like we put a lot of money into this game just for it to be lousy and not as good as we are paying for it good. Add a new weapon of each category every season and I will rate this game 5 stars. You could easily add a pistol a sub machine gun a light machine gun a sniper and an assault rifle in one update. I mean come on. Other games update and add things every week. You guys don’t put up much competition when it comes to other video games. I feel like if I was on the developing team I could do a better job than a lot of the devs on the team and that’s fact. Because I know what customers want. Why is there no way of selling or dismantling event parts after the event is over. I have over 70 parts and they are useless. You need to make a system so we can sell event parts. Also add some binoculars for scouting. Why on the seventh day of the week there’s no redeem the crate we missed. We live in different time zones and some people work and don’t get home until the afternoon. I never get the 7th day crate because there is no way to redeem it. That’s pretty messed up. Also this game is fun but really repetitive with the weapons. You need to make a system where when we get multiple items of 1 item in our inventory we can give it away to our friends. I’m tired of having multiple things and I don’t want to dismantle them. I want to share with my friends so they have something cool too. And it should be free to do that. I shouldn’t have to spend money to share an item I got with my friends. Please make an update where we can give items and skins to our friends please!
