I don't have anything to say as bad review with this site. I don't have any problem since 2017. Been using this for 2yrs for buy and sell. They response asap. No issues that made me angry. I recommend this for everyone who really likes to buy or sell items/cards in any games/gaming platform. They also giving some chance for any users to win some credits to use for purchasing at store on their twitter page. So what are you waiting for? Come and join and try, you won't regret it!
I Flip over GameFlip!
I've been an user since December of 2015 and I consistently use this service for awesome deals on games! I love the first see, first buy it's all yours concept. It makes you stay sharp for the hunt. One you make a purchase you don't close the transaction until you do I full inspection of the product. This concept make the buyers and sellers establish integrity. Someone tries to get buy selling a faulty product, don't close the transaction until a resolution. Simple and clean. I can't say enough about GameFlip, I can't wait for the evolution of this company.

I had one transaction that was bad and customer service handled the problem right away. If you are like me and have physical copies of games that you get tired of inserting and ejecting, lol sell those and buy a gift cards from here to rebuy the digital versions. I've even managed to purchase ultimate editions of said games for the same price.

I am writing to sincerely request your help in lifting the ban on my account. On April 18, 2020, I registered a backup account to take advantage of the newcomer discount code and purchase a product at a reduced price. I bought a PUBG code, but unfortunately, the seller sent me an invalid code. As a result, I opened an order dispute and reported the issue to Gameflip customer support.
To gather more information about the code, I contacted PUBG customer support, who responded to me via email. I have attached a screenshot of their email reply, which states that the code was used on June 27, 2019. This clearly indicates that the code sent to me by the seller on April 18, 2020, was indeed invalid. Additionally, I have provided a video recording of my phone and computer screen, showing the process of checking the email information. I assure you that I did not manipulate the image using Photoshop.
I would like to clarify that I registered the backup account solely to take advantage of the newcomer discount code. I used my own WeChat payment to recharge and make the purchase, without any intention of deceiving or scamming anyone. Therefore, I fail to understand why Gameflip has labeled me as a scammer and banned my main account.
I have been an active user on Gameflip for almost 2 years, selling thousands of products with total sales amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. My main account has a monthly sales record of over $2000 and has received numerous positive buyer feedback, with almost 100% positive reviews. It is inconceivable that I would jeopardize my reputation for a mere $25.
I hope that Gameflip customer support can empathize with my situation. I spend hours in front of the computer screen, eagerly awaiting responses to customer inquiries. I would never resort to creating a backup account for the purpose of scamming someone over $25. Currently, there are over $700 in funds in my main account wallet.
I want to reiterate that my intention in registering the backup account was solely to take advantage of newcomer discount codes and enjoy preferential purchases. I have never had any intention of defrauding others. In fact, I am the victim in this situation, having been deceived by the seller. If you provide me with an email address, I can forward the email reply from PUBG customer support, or I can even provide my email account password for you to log in and verify the information.
I swear to God that I have not deceived anyone, and I am willing to provide any necessary credentials to prove that I have not used a backup account for fraudulent purposes. I would also like to explain the billing address associated with my backup account. At the time, I simply filled in a random address since I only used the newcomer discount code once. As I used WeChat payment to recharge my Gameflip wallet, address verification was not required.
Please believe me when I say that I have not scammed anyone. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and lifting the ban on my account.

I bought two $500 Amazon Gift Cards totaling $1000. They were redeemed and successfully added to my account, and I completed the transaction on Day 3. However, on the 4th day, the cards were not on my Amazon account anymore, as they had disappeared without a trace. I am now out of $1000, cannot do a chargeback because that will result in my GameFlip account being closed, which I use frequently. On 15JUL21 I created an account on a certain online platform. When I tried placing my first order, I encountered a processing fee that was not disclosed upfront. I decided to proceed regardless. During the registration process, I was prompted to create a user profile, so I named it 'Processing Fee' since it seemed that pseudonyms were commonly used by others on the site. Company has wrongfully suspended me from using their services over an issue that was handled 10 months ago and refuse to give me a reason as to why. Their customer service is virtually non existent and they refuse to go over this issue with me. 10 months ago i provided them the information requested from my bank and we moved on. So, I tried out GameFlip and I gotta say, it's a bit of a hassle. They make you jump through a lot of hoops just to make a purchase. In the end, I decided not to provide all of the requested information and requested a refund. I don't want to put my personal information at risk. It's a shame because I was really excited about the deals on GameFlip, but I guess they don't need me as a customer.

On May 27 and May 28, spammers hacked into my computer and my PayPal account. I never brought and received anything from game flip. The spammers changed my PayPal password and with three more transaction without I knew and agreed at that moment. I replied PayPal text message to details the payment at that moment!
Even though it had the transaction number, that is not from mine. Sound impossible, but it happened. I tried to report to the police, online complaints as much as l can.

You can check the messages on my account which is supply drop shop and see that I was nice and friendly and after I rated the seller good this seller rated me bad for no reason after I spent over 10$ with this seller. All my poor/neutral ratings we from before the cross platform capability when I could not deliver to xbox users and I had to cancel the orders (back then cancelling gave automatic bad ratings) which should also be removed from my account!. I want these bad ratings removed or I will be forced to shut down my shop which brings gameflip alot of money. I have over 1200 ratings and climbing and I planned on continuing with gameflip but there are no ways to dispute bad ratings that are received or the option to change your rating after you have rated at least. I am a united states navy veteran and not a child that sells and does not have proper etiquette. I am asking for the removal of my poor/neutral ratings so that I may continue to sell on this website and not transfer to another one. My account was suspended after I paid for my purchase. I received no explanations, no reasons at all. And of course, I didn't get what I paid for. My requests are ignored, my emails are not read. I don't know how to reach them to get some kind of assistance and to refund. I even wrote them on Facebook, but my message wasn't read. I want my money back, you act like real scammers!
