On dec 27th I was playing the golden $5 game for ten a spin when I hit not once not twice but three times for large amounts. Twice for 1000 and once for 500 that never where added to my account. When contacting the vendor I play through they said they had nothing to do with that part only loading the credits to my account. They've been awesome so I believe them so my search brought me here. What can I do about this. Here's the screenshots of when I hit but as I will see no money was given. What can I possibly do
